What makes this property unique
This is a charming white stucco home. She is 100 years young and backs up to a stream. The old stone foundation shows her character. She was into recycling 100 years before it was posh. Her outer walls are built from create wood re-purposed from the Nice Ball Bering Company of Phildelphia.
