Sunny upstairs apartment 6 blocks from beach
I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. Great location: small, quiet street 6 blocks to the beach, 5 blocks to Main Street/ Promenade restaurants and shops, metro station. Sunny and bright, with private bathroom, kitchen, living room. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, other condiments. No A/C in the apartment (it has a ceiling fan), and it's almost never that hot here in Santa Monica. Check in any time after 3pm. Self check in is always available. Cancellation after check-in requires a fee equivalent to 1 Night room rate.
