This apartment has a great location just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the Santa Monica pier and five blocks to main street shops and restaurants. The promenade is about a 10 minute walk. The metro station is three blocks away. The apartment is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo and all amenities, a separate living room, dining room and kitchen with appliances. In addition, There is a cozy twin bed in the living room. One spot in the driveway is available upon request. Sunny apartment, happy neighborhood street.
I have been a Superhost on the other home share site for 7 years. I'm always here to help if you need me, but you won't see me if you don't need me.

Place was as advertised - cool, beach house vibe. A few idiosyncrasies that were quickly navigated with well placed notes. Access to backyard would be nice, and a beach chair or two would be nice, but location is great, close to everything, and place is super comfortable.

Everything was great, the house was close to the beach, clean, had plenty of pots pans & dishes / towels / and things of that nature. It was excellent for a quick little vacation, the neighborhood was super chill and laid back. I would be back use this vacation and other rental properties from this renter 100%. She too was friendly and very accommodating!

Decent price for the area

The property was fine for our stay, it could use some updates and the bed/couch was really hard. The coffee machine also didn’t work but overall we enjoyed our stay.
