Our condo is located in Phoenix East on on the fourth floor right on the gulf with views of the pass and beautiful white sandy beach in the heart of Orange Beach walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, splash pad, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, basket ball goal, indoor racquet ball court and free wifi. Orange Beach vacation

We can’t say enough about the property manager! She was amazing, attentive and prompt! She was quick to respond and so easy going! We will definitely be back! The condo was very nice, spacious and had everything you could ever need! Great place to stay with our family!

Great family condo

Lisa was great in communication. Checkin was a breeze. Upon arrival, there was a basket of snacks, wine and water await. What a treat from a long drive! The condo itself was clean and has plenty of cooking supplies. Great ocean view! We do wish there were more cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes and maybe some mop wipes so we could keep the floor and counter clean easily. Also the area rugs and floor mats probably need to be replaced. Overall, we had a great stay and will stay there again.

Awesome May Trip!

We recently spent 4 days at the condo with our 3 20+ year old kids. We had an awesome time! The beach was amazing - so incredibly clean and not crowded. The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. It has a great deck overlooking the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lisa was super helpful and easy to work with! The only negative thing I can say is that beach towels were not included. I would definitely rent this place again the next time I'm vacationing in Orange Beach! I would highly recommend renting a floating tiki bar thru Cruisin Tikis Orange Beach. We had so much fun! Lisa recommended Big Fish Restaurant & Bar and it was delicious! Cobalt was really good too. We also really enjoyed the ice cream at Sweet Cone Alabama.

Look no further if you are looking for a beach condo !!!

upon arriving we were first blown away by the glass elevators, lol, we are from a small town. Entering in the condo we threw open the sliding door I said to my mom, is that dolphins out there ? yuuuup sure was !!! The ocean, the pool, the condo was far better than expected- and I expected a lot . Exceeded expectations on every single level. the huge pool. little ones enjoyed the splash pad. very short I mean very short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. went out every night on the beach with kids 17 , 8 and 2 so very safe feeling. everyone in the condo was nice and just down homey feeling. beautifully decorated condo with every thing we could ask for then some. just wow if you are looking trust me.... your search ends here! Lisa was wonderful to work with, if she didn't pick up on first try she was calling back within seconds, Blown away !!!! definitely will be returning. I could go on and on and on...

I am Phyllis Campbell the owner of Unit #406 in Phoenix East. My husband and I are from North Alabama and have had a beach getaway for thirty plus years. We started on the Florida coast then inched our way to Orange Beach when purchasing our first Phoenix Property in the Eighties and have thoroughly enjoyed the Alabama Coast. We purchased our condo in Phoenix East in 1996 preconstruction and use it as our second home every chance we get. Our daughter, Lisa Ray, lives in Orange Beach and manages the condo.

Why they chose this property

Orange Beach is a small town with a gorgeous beach and very family friendly. Our family has enjoyed getting away to the beach for many years...so much so two of my children permanently reside here now. We enjoy spending Thanksgiving every year at the beach with our family and friends.

What makes this property unique

The condo is located on a very large beach near the pass. One of our favorite pass times is sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic. It is located across the street from San Roc Cay which offers restaurants, shopping, charter boating/fishing and spas.. All within walking distance is Zeke's Landing, Spas, Seafood Market, Doughnut Shop as well as many restaurants. One of the newest additions to the beach is The Gulf outdoor restaurant/bar by the pass which is also within walking distance. With all it's lush greenery and palm trees, it is a great place to spend some time on a sunny day Also located two doors from Perdido Beach Resort should your travel be connected with a business convention. The property offers many amenities such as indoor/ourdoor pool, hottub, sauna, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts and workout facility. Beach service is also offered to include chair/umbrella rental. All to make your beach getaway fabulous!
