I am Phyllis Campbell the owner of Unit #406 in Phoenix East. My husband and I are from North Alabama and have had a beach getaway for thirty plus years. We started on the Florida coast then inched our way to Orange Beach when purchasing our first Phoenix Property in the Eighties and have thoroughly enjoyed the Alabama Coast. We purchased our condo in Phoenix East in 1996 preconstruction and use it as our second home every chance we get. Our daughter, Lisa Ray, lives in Orange Beach and manages the condo.

Why they chose this property

Orange Beach is a small town with a gorgeous beach and very family friendly. Our family has enjoyed getting away to the beach for many years...so much so two of my children permanently reside here now. We enjoy spending Thanksgiving every year at the beach with our family and friends.

What makes this property unique

The condo is located on a very large beach near the pass. One of our favorite pass times is sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic. It is located across the street from San Roc Cay which offers restaurants, shopping, charter boating/fishing and spas.. All within walking distance is Zeke's Landing, Spas, Seafood Market, Doughnut Shop as well as many restaurants. One of the newest additions to the beach is The Gulf outdoor restaurant/bar by the pass which is also within walking distance. With all it's lush greenery and palm trees, it is a great place to spend some time on a sunny day Also located two doors from Perdido Beach Resort should your travel be connected with a business convention. The property offers many amenities such as indoor/ourdoor pool, hottub, sauna, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts and workout facility. Beach service is also offered to include chair/umbrella rental. All to make your beach getaway fabulous!
