With 3 bathrooms featuring walk in shower in master, bathtub in guest bath, and half bath downstairs. One car garage for storage if needed. This tranquil retreat is the perfect escape. You will have access to community heated pool and gated dog park. Community even has access to Legacy Trail! 7 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and downtown Venice. Publix and resturants within 2 miles from home. Easy access to tamiami 41, 681, and I-75. Great home for snow birds that have friends/family visit. Professional or family that needs a nice furnised home. 1 month minimal for this property.

Great location, east to get around to tour the area. Love that the community had direct access to the Legacy Trail and that the laundry was convenient beside the bedrooms. This was our first time snow birding on the west coast and Nick gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome; it really felt like home. There’s a beautiful view out the back, comfortable furniture and many amenities to be able to cook at home. The community was so peaceful and beautiful as well!
