Property was new and very clean. We had plenty of space for our large family. Neighborhood pool was nice and close to the home, but is not what is represented in the photos. Host was responsive leading up to our stay, but not very responsive during our stay when we had an issue with a smoke detector with low battery in one of the bedrooms upon arrival (very loud chirp and low battery notification). Required contacting VRBO directly before the host finally responded. We ended up removing the smoke detector and placing it in the garage for our stay. Check in and check out processes were very easy.

We loved our stay here overall! It was a great space for our big group, with lots of space for us to socialize all together without feeling cramped. There was an initial mixup with the cleaners, but the host was super responsive and helpful and got everything taken care of right away. There were a few other minor issues, but nothing that ended up impacting our stay majorly.

The house was very nice, but there were things not done. Garbage was heaped in the trash containers and was not emptied even though I called and he said he would come the next day and didn’t. Thermostat was at 79 and couldn’t get it to come down. Air guy came the next and cleaned ac unit outside. The host did give a refund which was nice. I feel whoever did installing of bath fans, kitchen faucet, etc didn’t do their job totally so that’s not on the host, but the host should have made sure everything was working before renting it out. The host did stay in touch with me through out which I appreciated. Also there is a community pool which is free with the fab, but the Waterpark was 15 minutes away and 9.00 a day. Still had a nice time with the family which was our goal!!

The house was very clean and well represented in the photos. The couch was bigger than I thought it might be and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family gathering. The host was helpful. The park was close and fun for the kids. We had to watch the baby around the stairs but the kids loved them. The pool looked nice but it was closed for the season.

the house is brand new, just not finished, no toilet paper or towel bars in bathrooms. not a big selection of cooking pans, A BBQ would be a nice addition, I would stay there again

The property was very nice and close to the Waukee NW high school where we were going to the marching band competition. There was plenty of room for my parents and in-laws to join me and my wife. There were plenty of towels and kitchen utensils.The only downside was that the host didn't send check-in instructions and I had to contact them to get the garage code to get in.
