Please bring the provided pool pass with you and handle it with care, as the HOA charges a replacement fee if lost or damaged.

Massanutten Village Family Entertainment Center offers fun for all ages including go-karts, bumper cars, and mini golf. It is located at 4030 Massanutten Drive, Massanutten, VA 22840.

Massanutten Resort amenities listed may be available to guests for an additional fee, and many activities are seasonal. It is recommended to reserve tickets for resort activities in advance.

House Rules:

Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
Maximum capacity – 16 persons
Three cars can be parked in the driveway. Overflow parking is available at the HOA Swimming Pool parking lot (4007 Peak Drive)
Trash disposal only in the designated dumpster located at 161 Hotel Drive at the Owner’s Pool parking lot
No smoking or illegal drug use
No parties or events
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
No more than one dog allowed with pet fee
Pets must be listed in the booking
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles are required
Valid ID must be provided for verification if requested
No fireworks
Follow hot tub rules
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter allowed
Pets are not allowed on beds or couches
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming
Security cameras are installed outside the property
Supplies are provided as a starter pack. Guests are responsible for additional supplies if needed

Noise
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Keep noise indoors during these hours
No excessive noise at any time as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents

Parking
Keep all tires off the road
Do not block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from the host

No buses, campers, or RVs allowed at homes or on roads. Overflow lot available with host approval

Hot Tub Rules:

Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drinks in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant women, or persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult
Do not enter if temperature is above 104°F
Use only pool towels, not white bath towels
No lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering
Turn off high jets after use
Replace the hot tub cover after each use
Do not sit or lie on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as found
Guests with heart conditions, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the hot tub

Steam Sauna Rules:

Maximum of 4 people
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Pregnant individuals or persons with heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the sauna
Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting
Recommended session is 10 minutes
Do not exceed 15 minutes
Appropriate swimwear, workout clothing, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.
