Sleeping arrangements

Three spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering a restful night for every guest. The third bedroom includes its own en‑suite bathroom, adding a touch of privacy. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, comfortably completing the home’s capacity for seven guests.



Outdoor living

The expansive backyard is designed for both relaxation and activity. A screened‑in pool offers a cool retreat on warm afternoons, while the patio and fire pit create a perfect setting for morning coffee or late‑night gatherings under the stars. The space accommodates grilling, dining al fresco, or simply lounging with a good book.



Living spaces

An open‑concept layout connects the family room, dining area, and kitchen. The family room features ample seating and a flat‑screen TV for movie nights. The dining table invites shared meals, and the well‑equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners.

High‑speed Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, and the in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year‑round. Free parking for two vehicles and a smart lock simplify arrival and departure. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to enjoy the space alongside you.

Just minutes from Helen S. Howarth Community Park, the Shoppes at Park Place, and Sawgrass Lake Park, the property places you close to shopping, nature, and local attractions. A short drive brings you to Tampa’s vibrant downtown, while the quiet neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the home.



Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, residential neighborhood but an area filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more!



We recommend checking out Pinellas Arts Village! This area is an emerging part of the city and continues to evolve through the efforts of a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. There are different free events throughout the year as well!



You can spend time walking around the nature trails (like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park). OR pop into some of Pinellas Park restaurants for a bite to eat -- there are plenty to choose from :) Whether you like Thai, Cajun, or looking for a nice cold beer, you'll definitely be able to find what you're craving!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
