FAMILY-FRIENDLY FUN
There’s plenty to enjoy right at the property:
✓ Private hot tub
✓ Fire pit for evening gatherings
✓ Indoor and outdoor games
✓ Family-friendly spaces to relax and reconnect
✓ Farm animal experiences right outside your door
✓ On-site Retroverse Museum experience
Some of our guests’ favorite memories happen without ever leaving the farm.
MEET THE FARM ANIMALS
One of the things that makes a stay here especially memorable is the opportunity to experience farm life up close.
Guests can meet and interact with many of the animals that call the farm home. For children especially, feeding time and animal encounters often become one of the highlights of the entire trip.
This isn’t a petting zoo—it’s a real working family farm, so every stay can feel a little different depending on the animals and what’s happening around the property.
THE RETROVERSE MUSEUM
Right here on the property is the Retroverse Museum, filled with nostalgia, pop culture and retro fun from decades past.
It’s an especially fun addition for families with multiple generations traveling together—kids discover something new while parents and grandparents usually find plenty that brings back memories.
Museum visits are a separate experience and may require advance arrangements.
A PIECE OF HOT SPRINGS FARM HISTORY
The name “Historic Farmhouse” isn’t just a theme.
Built in 1925, the home was originally part of the historic Humphreys Dairy Farm property, giving it more than a century of authentic local farm history.
We’ve kept that sense of character while creating a comfortable place for today’s families to enjoy.
PEACEFUL SETTING, CLOSE TO HOT SPRINGS
You’ll enjoy the quieter feel of the countryside while still being convenient to Hot Springs attractions.
Garvan Woodland Gardens is just minutes away, and downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, restaurants, lakes and other area attractions are an easy drive.
Come spend your mornings with the animals, your afternoons exploring Hot Springs and your evenings soaking in the hot tub or sitting around the fire.
If you’re looking for more than simply a place to sleep, the 1925 Historic Farmhouse gives your family a place to actually make memories together.
