FAMILY-FRIENDLY FUN
There’s plenty to enjoy right at the property:
✓ Private hot tub ✓ Fire pit for evening gatherings ✓ Indoor and outdoor games ✓ Family-friendly spaces to relax and reconnect ✓ Farm animal experiences right outside your door ✓ On-site Retroverse Museum experience
Some of our guests’ favorite memories happen without ever leaving the farm.
MEET THE FARM ANIMALS
One of the things that makes a stay here especially memorable is the opportunity to experience farm life up close.
Guests can meet and interact with many of the animals that call the farm home. For children especially, feeding time and animal encounters often become one of the highlights of the entire trip.
This isn’t a petting zoo—it’s a real working family farm, so every stay can feel a little different depending on the animals and what’s happening around the property.
THE RETROVERSE MUSEUM
Right here on the property is the Retroverse Museum, filled with nostalgia, pop culture and retro fun from decades past.
It’s an especially fun addition for families with multiple generations traveling together—kids discover something new while parents and grandparents usually find plenty that brings back memories.
Museum visits are a separate experience and may require advance arrangements.
A PIECE OF HOT SPRINGS FARM HISTORY
The name “Historic Farmhouse” isn’t just a theme.
Built in 1925, the home was originally part of the historic Humphreys Dairy Farm property, giving it more than a century of authentic local farm history.
We’ve kept that sense of character while creating a comfortable place for today’s families to enjoy.
PEACEFUL SETTING, CLOSE TO HOT SPRINGS
You’ll enjoy the quieter feel of the countryside while still being convenient to Hot Springs attractions.
Garvan Woodland Gardens is just minutes away, and downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, restaurants, lakes and other area attractions are an easy drive.
Come spend your mornings with the animals, your afternoons exploring Hot Springs and your evenings soaking in the hot tub or sitting around the fire.
If you’re looking for more than simply a place to sleep, the 1925 Historic Farmhouse gives your family a place to actually make memories together.

Perfect place to stay! The host was very accommodating, she knew why we were there and knew we would arrrive late, she had some breakfast items waiting for us to grab and go the next morning. It was a great spot and we loved all the animals running around.
Our family had absolutely the best time! Bridgett was an amazing host. The farmhouse was very clean, spacious and well appointed! There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 kids (my oldest daughter and son in law weren’t able to make it) but there was plenty of space for all of us. Easy to find, conveniently located and absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. And the hot tub was fantastic! My grandkids loved watching the farm animals and on Saturday morning they got to help feed them. Bonus was the baby kangaroo! We all loved Kevin!!!!Bridgett was great and communication was top notch. This was absolutely one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. And we can’t wait to come back!
The house fit our needs perfectly. The communication with the host was exceptional. She was very proactive and reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed.
I was surprised at how spacious this rental was. I thought it had a great location. It wasn’t far from the overpass in just a quick drive to many local hotspots. I rented this for my father in law and adult son to stay at. They enjoyed they enjoyed the fireplace because it was a chilly weekend when they stayed. The hostess Bridgett was quick to respond and ask if we needed anything. Bridgett actually was able to turn up the heater, from her phone, for my father-in-law because he couldn’t figure it out himself. I really appreciated Bridgett’s help. Plan to rent again in the future.
The house was so cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed! My teenager said the mattress in her room was so comfortable and it was "the best sleep"! Our youngest child was obsessed with the animals, the hot tub, and the out door games. The Host was so incredibly nice, helpful, and very much available any time we had a question. 10/10, would (and hopefully will) stay here again!
We had a great stay here while in Hot Springs for a convention held in downtown. We really enjoyed not having to stay in town, but only having a short 12 minute drive to downtown. The house had plenty of room and everything you needed to be able to cook and prepare meals. Even though our stay was in June the hot tub was still nice to get into in the evenings to relax. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the animal whether it was joining for a morning feeding or just wanting them out of the windows throughout the day. Bridgett was a great host and made everything very easy for us from checking in to checking out. She was very responsive to messages and was great to communicate with. We have all said if we are ever back in Hot Springs that we would definitely stay here again!
