This place is a little ruff gem. I will say its not the cleanest and could use some small amounts of fix ups. The location though was perfect for anything you plan on doing in downtown Austin, it was no more than 20-25 min from everything we did. We had a group of 10 girls and we had plenty of room. I wish we had more mirrors or at least one in every room to help accommodate bigger groups getting ready especially with only the 2 bathrooms and one of those bathrooms is a little small with no counter space. The beds were comfortable and we actually had enough towels to accommodate all 10 of us. Tyler was very responsive when i reached out to him during my stay.
We went to Austin for ACL and it was super fast to get to the park from where we were. Maybe a 10 minute Uber ride. The place was clean but there were some cosmetic things broken here and there. And if you plan on cooking I would bring some supplies. For what we needed it for it worked out great! The ping pong table was awesome and the beds were comfortable. All in all a great weekend!
Good location - not clean and no supplies to cook - all the towel bars are falling off . You could not use the backyard because it was so overgrown ! They finally cut the grass when we had just two days left . This was our second time staying here and the inside this time was much worse . We were extremely disappointed in the stay .
Great room space. Awesome fun with ping pong table with playground in the back and a sauna box. Nice size washer and dryer. Great size refrigerator, stove, counter space and sink. Great size couch for the family. All mattresses should have a mattress protectors as protection for both parties. There is a leaning towel holder, and badly placed toilet tissue holder in primary bedroom. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks can flow the water past the sink so lightly lift. The showers were dirty. AC filters were dirty and all return vents need to be cleaned, which is tough for us because we have allergies and asthma. There were stains on the walls in multiple areas including the bathrooms. The couch is full of down feathers which also bothered our allergies and being poked by a feather from time to time. The washing machine needs a new rubber seal as the current one is full of mold and mildew and smells super strong. There was trash behind the kitchen trash cans, under the table and under the couch. The primary bedroom has sheer curtains towards the back but unfortunately there are floodlights on the unit behind the house that shine directly into the window and can interrupt your sleep. Two windows facing the saunabox did not have curtains at all, and also shines in floodlights from the neighbor's house. Another bedroom had a bent curtain rod. Overall it was a great house. I just believe it needs better cleaning maintenance. And warnings about the sinks to avoid water damage.
