The house is set behind a long tree lined driveway giving the property maximum privacy and security. Three large sized bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, the primary bathroom has a skylighted dual shower. Main area of house is an open plan layout, with a wall of sliding glass doors affording views of nature from every point of the house. The property is wrapped by a Nature Preserve for solidarity and quiet. A large deck off of the main living area is a private retreat to a natural habitat, a view of a small pond, sounds of the crickets and birds and views of the bucolic scenery.
This is the perfect location for families gathering for college graduations
or for visiting professors' families. Yale University, Connecticut College
and Wesleyan University are all under 30 miles away
The house is ten minutes away from Hammonasset State Beach, ten minutes away from a Clinton Premium Outlet Mall and ten minutes away from downtown Clinton. Also close to New Haven where there are many restaurants, ie Little Italy.
Enjoy apple picking, kayaking, hiking trails, many excellent restaurants and wineries in the area.
