Great location

This place is amazing! The view was incredible from the house and it was great to have access to the water right from the house. The house was great and the kitchen was huge! Everything we hoped for and needed to make our group trip to Lake Tahoe an amazing experience. Only (very minor) issue was that when we called the number listed when we got there, we never received a call back after leaving a message (ended up figuring it out by ourselves). Overall, an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful

The property was as advertised and very comfortable. The kitchen is any cooks dream but could use a few more kitchen towels and some trash bags. All of the beds were very comfortable and clean. 3 bathrooms was a real treat. Adding a few more towels to the property would really help out since we spent a lot of time in the HOT TUB!! We will definitely be back!

As hoped for....good layout and location

This was our family’s first time renting in the keys. We had 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 nine year olds and a 25’ boat. We chose this home based on room and kitchen layout, jacuzzi and dock....and reasonable price. When we arrived we were very happy to see that we got what we expected and a little more. Big kitchen and a really nice corner angle view ofthe water. The place is also on the end of a cul de sac and only 10m trip to harbor entrance with boat. We had plenty of room inside and a nice large deck where we spent most of our time. The deck is going to need some repairs really soon, but it was still fine for our stay. All and all, we were very happy with our choice and had a great vacation.

The home was perfect for our vacation. We went with two other families and there was a total of 6 adults and 6 children whose ages ranged from 5 to 10 years old. At no point did anyone feel crowded or cramped with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We loved the property and would book it again without hesitation.

Great getaway

Our group size varied from 5 to 8 over a long weekend and the house was perfect for what we needed and wanted. It was clean, had all the kitchen items and space we needed to cook and bake, and we spent a lot of time on the deck, including time in the Jacuzzi. The location was great. Near stores, activities such as miniature golf and escape rooms, restaurants and casinos. The entrance to the lake is very close. We would rent this house again.

Great property, poor property management

The house was great. The water access and dock were perfect. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We had a good time. Two problems that we reported right away were the second step on the back deck was split down the middle and would sink in every time it was stepped on it. It seemed dangerous, like someone might step right through it. The management company said they'd check it out, nothing was repaired or even acknowledged that they had looked at it. Second, and most annoying, was the brand new hot tub would shut off at the breaker randomly. It might come back on the same day or the next morning. We reported it twice, first time the property management said they'd check it out. Nothing changed. second call got the pool guy out, but again, no resolve, he doesn't repair them, he only checks the chemicals, no resolve. I appreciated the $100 refund for our inconvenience, but I didn't bother to call anymore, nothing was being fixed, so we went in when it worked and we were frustrated when it didn't. I won't rent a vrbo in the future that is managed by Evolve.

My family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. You can tell the owner and the renting company really care about their guests. The house was packed with all necessities, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Clean, nice smelling, top quality linens on beds. Nice view of the lake water out of windows. People who love cooking (like me) will appreciate how the kitchen is constructed, the quality of kitchenware, and the professional type stove it offers. There's also an oversized Jacuzzi hot tub, with nice jet massage. It was too perfect, but true. Not a single thing to complain :) Really loved our stay and will definitly book this property again!

Labor Day in Tahoe Keys

I rented two houses through two different agents. Both were very nice and enjoyed by those who stayed in each. I do have a few criticisms. In the Marconi house: 1. There wasn't enough toilet paper for 2 nights let alone 4 AND it was single-ply. This may seem to be a weird objection, but at $400+/night, the owner should offer far better than that. 2. We had to clean out the trap in the dishwasher to make it work. It was clogged with bits of paper --- napkins or labels perhaps. In any case, it took quite a while to discover why the machine wasn't doing the job. Again that should have been discovered before we arrived. 3. The pillows in my room (the semi-closet on the main floor) were far too full to be other than decorative. By using a throw pillow from a couch, I was able to sleep more comfortably. 4. Another problem was with the low-quality garbage bags. There were plenty available, but we had to double-bag the trash to prevent the bags from breaking when carried from the kitchen container to the garage. Again... why such cheap supplies for renters? At $400-$500/night, the owner/leaser should provide a tenant with the best. 5. The Venetian blind on the right side windows of the dining room malfunctioned. Only one side could be raised. Whatever was wrong with the cords couldn't be overridden. It was that way when we arrived and other than when it was 100% open, it hung at an angle. All of these are minor issues, but at the rate charged should not arise at all. Some were inconveniences, others (the dishwasher) were needless complications in the ease of using this property. The family members who stayed at the Garmisch property liked it. When I visited there, I thought it was a nice house with amenities we lacked at the Marconi property (the convenient and large deck.) The living area didn't feel as spacious as that of the Marconi house but those who stayed there didn't seem to mind. They used the hot tub and deck more than we did at the other house. I can't speak to the supplies, etc. since I was in the Marconi house.

Great home to stay in Tahoe keys. It was very clean. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. The property was well maintained. The only request/ point to bring is, all the restroom doors cannot be locked. So, we would like to request if property management can look into this. Other than that, a sure stay! :)

This home was perfect for a small reunion of college friends. We cooked dinner in the fully stocked kitchen! The only issue we ran into was the Fridge!! We had to prop up a chair against the freezer to hold it closed - otherwise we were afraid we would lose our food. Everything else was excellent.

Fantastic South Tahoe Rental Home

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront home in the Tahoe Keys. We had a family reunion that included 6 children under the age of 11 (and their parents). The house was perfect for a group of this size (including the littles ones) with a great layout for indoor activities and snow fun outside too. Convenient location in terms of Raley's grocery store (less than 10 minutes) and access to Heavenly (less than 15 minutes). The property was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked in terms of kitchen and games/electronics. When we had an issue with a fall that resulted in a broken toilet, the owner and manager were quick to respond. We would strongly recommend this property and hope to be back in the future if Rosie will have us!

Great house right on the water!

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Kitchen is AMAZING except the oven doesn't close all the way. Love that there were so many extra blankets and pillows in the closets. The shower in the guest bathroom doesn't work though. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on.
