The house is excellent and beautiful!!!! It is better than the pictures on Vrbo. The view is stunning. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The kids in my travel group stay in the living room for hours. They loved it so much that they didn't want to leave. The host is very welcoming and responds to our inquiries quickly. The house was amazing! It was clean, had beautiful furnishings, amenities were great and the view was UNBELIEVABLE! We did not want to leave the house at all during our stay (we did, but skipped one days plans to just relax at the house). It was so close to everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was there is no other bathroom downstairs (except the one that is en-suite in one of the lower bedrooms, so those that were staying in the other 2 bedrooms on the lower level had to walk up the stairs to the hall bathroom to utilize it during the middle of the night. The half bathroom stated in the description is the large shower area off one of the lower bedrooms that leads into a spa, however, there is no toilet, or sink in this area. This probably would not be a deal breaker for some, and after staying there would not make us look elsewhere because of such, as the rest of the house and the great experience with the Host negates it!

This is a beautiful home with breathtaking views. It is very quiet and feels very private. Pool was cold, but the hot tub was really nice. The kitchen is well equipped to handle large groups. The beds were so comfortable that my brother said he was going home to buy a new mattress after sleeping on this one. My only problem was that the 1/2 bath is only a shower.

This house was great! The views are fantastic and it’s a short walk to the Sedona restaurants and activities. The house itself is also great, with lots of space - the bedrooms are mostly secluded so there’s no noise between rooms.
