You'll also find Wi-Fi, new A/C and a washer/dryer, along with a 2-car garage. The home is adorned with southwestern décor, offering hotel-quality bedding with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can unwind in the cozy living area or bask in the beautiful Arizona sunshine. The property is conveniently located near various historical sites, hiking trails, local golf courses, and even skydiving opportunities. Situated just outside Casa Grande, it remains close to shopping, dining, the Fairgrounds, Sky Diving, Golf and other conveniences. Whether you seek a peaceful getaway or an active lifestyle, this home caters to all preferences and interests. My Rate is very reasonable. $165 a night and $160 cleaning fee, and I offer discounts in the off season. ENJOY!

1. Put the white towels (max of (6) six) in the washing machine with 1 pod & ½ cup of bleach. Extra heavy and press start. 2. Leave the sheets on the beds.
3.Clean up all the dishes in the Kitchen sink and start the dishwasher 4. Put kitchen trash in the garage garbage cans. 5.You can leave your unwanted food in the kitchen, the housekeeper will dispose
6. Make sure all the doors are locked. 7. Put the key in the lockbox. 8. Send a text message to 775.250.7946 that you are departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
