About this property

Lakefront HOME on the "BIG" water of Lake Seminole. We Strive to be the Best!!

Seminole Shores is located in the prime fishing and duck hunting area of Lake Seminole. It is minutes from Sealy's Landing, Sealy's Islands, Spring Creek and the Flats.

This Waterfront home is completely remodeled, new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, bedding, etc. There is a dining table to hold eight and bar stools for the kids. An open floor plan with two sitting areas, with satellite TV and High Speed WIFI if you need to keep up with internet. Everything is clean and new. A super large covered dock was built with a boat slip and electric boat lift, there is electricity to the dock to charge your boat. A large covered area for fishing and relaxing, there is even a wire fish holding basket, a swing and a hammock. So kick back, relax and enjoy the sunset. Remember NO swimming off the dock.... there are alligators in Lake Seminole. We have fishing guides available to pick you up at our very nice dock and take you for a day of the best bass or crappie fishing on Lake Seminole. Book your Vacation Now for a relaxed vacation with an incredible view from the lake front home and enjoy the swing on the covered dock.

This home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beauty. It sleeps up to 5 and has a sun-room with wonderful views of the Lake. Satellite TV and WiFi internet is provided. This is the perfect home for a quick get-a-way or a fishing or hunting adventure. I have a list of guides who will pick you up at my dock.

Updates include all new furnishing, new plush mattress and bedding, all new stainless steel appliances in fully equipped kitchen, and new gas grill to name a few. There is a dining table and lots of chairs outside to enjoy the view of Lake Seminole.

Seminole State Park is only 4 Miles away, where there is a beach, playground, canoes to rent, recreational facilities and great hiking trails. See MAP in Links section. Nearby are restaurants, bait and tackle stores and a great meat market, with the best steaks and sausage.

The amenities are excellent and the view from the lakehouse are incredible. The covered dock has a swing to catch the sunsets and the beautiful birds in our area. Keep your eyes open, you will see Osprey and Eagles.

Very quiet location with great views of Lake Seminole. The house was very clean and check-in/out was very easy. Everything was as described. Boat ramps were very close. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stay in this location.
