Lake Seminole rental.Come and be refreshed beside the still waters on Lake Seminole. Enjoy some of the best fishing, hunting, recreational water sports and skiing in the South. Nestled between Spring Creek and Fish Pond on Lake Seminole in the Cypress Pond area, close to Seminole State Park,

Seminole State Park is less than 5 minutes away by boat or by land where there is a beach, playground, hiking trails and boat ramps. The wildlife management area and Duck Refuge are also less than 5 minutes away. The central location is great for all that Lake Seminole has to offer.

Our newer three bedroom, two bath house (picture taken May 2020) with every amenity, including a covered boat dock, kayaks, swings,hammock, and picnic table is waiting for you to come and enjoy! With several restaurants nearby this is the perfect cozy getaway. Just bring your suitcase.

Perfect Spot for Your Vacation: The Lake Seminole vacation home is in a perfect location for your next vacation. We have something for everyone. Bait/tackle/fuel is 2 miles away at Sonny's or Faiths at the 4 way stop for the fisherman or boater. Seminole State Park is 5 minutes away with hiking, swimming, skiing and beaches. You are within an hour of Tallahassee, Florida, Dothan, Alabama, Thomasville, Georgia and within 2 hours of Florida's most beautiful beaches at Panama City. Bainbridge and Donalsonville are 20 minutes away. In Bainbridge you can find Wal Mart, restaurants, bowling, roller skating, antiquing and movies. Donalsonville provides you with restaurants and some antique shops as well as some junk and treasure adventures. Indian Mounds, Swamp Gravy Theater, Concerts and Bluegrass Festivals are great day trips.

Golf Anyone?: There is a course in Bainbridge and Colquit. They welcome visitors.

Rest and Relax: Our Lake Seminole rental is just a great place to slow down and enjoy the beauty of this world. Birds of all shapes and sizes are always present. Otters have played in front of our boat house several mornings. Ospreys make their nest right in front of our boat house. The sunsets are often too beautiful for words. Come enjoy and be refreshed.

The Lakehouse was exactly what we needed! It was so peaceful there. We loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the dock. The lake was serene, and the yard was so beautiful. The accommodations were fantastic - plenty of space to relax, a comfortable bed to sleep in, and a well-stocked kitchen. Sam is a great host and it was so awesome to meet him in person. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Short stay at the lake

The beautiful lake home is as advertised. The kayaks are a lot of fun and a great selling point. We were only able to stay a couple days but would love to have been there longer!

Amazing place!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful decor, especially for a bass fisherman. Quiet, clean, and beautiful. Clarence the cat was a pleasure, and was very sweet and no trouble. Loved the boat dock. A+

Great stay away from the city

Great property, quiet and secluded. Clarence was a great addition to the stay too. Lots of fun things to do in and around the property. We enjoyed kayaking, ping pong on the patio, and corn hole. Had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful lake house

The property was beautiful and had everything my family needed to comfortably enjoy the lake. There were so many great amenities at this property. We most enjoyed spending the evenings on the screen porch. The icing on the cake was the neighborhood cat that chilled with us every evening too.

Just what was needed

The place was amazing with amazing sunset views over the water. Clarence was the best. He greeted us and hung out with us the whole time. The ping pong table and corn hole game is where we spent our evenings on the porch. Such a great atmosphere to just get away for the weekend. Would definitely stay there again!

We love staying at this property. It's a cozy spacious house. The landing is a 5 minute boat ride from the house. The new owner, Samuel, is very responsive and we got our security deposit the same day we checked out! Overall, we are very pleased and will definitely be back!!!!

Terrific weekend spot, right on the lake. VERY clean house. Loved the lake access, ping pong table and Clarence the cat(!). Samuel (host) is super responsive. House is well stocked too. Absolutely endorse.

Great Spot on Lake Seminole

Great spot on Lake Seminole. Very clean house with extra amenities. AC worked great, kayaks are easy to access and there are paddles and life jackets. The screened in porch with a ping pong table was tons of fun for the family. Many TVs, and accessories. Neighborhood appeard very safe as well.

Beautiful Getaway

Clean, comfortable, quiet retreat. Neighborhood was good and felt safe. We didn't have much luck fishing from the dock, so next time, I'd plan on getting a captain to take us out. If you like to eat out, it's a little drive to get to restaurants, etc (and fyi - many places are not open on Sundays). We did like the food at the places we ate in Bainbridge. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this if you're looking to get away for some quiet days!

Relaxing and recharging!

We loved this rental. It was exactly as described and a great getaway. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 3 young teens. Everyone was comfortable in the house and the beds were great. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We all loved fishing off the back dock and exploring in the kayaks. We went to the town of Bainbridge for roller skating and dinner at the brewery there. We all agreed that the town square was the cutest we had visited in a long time! Lake Seminole was a great place to rent - highly recommended!

A great Place to Stay

Absolutely nothing bad to say....Check in was very easy. Communication with the owner...perfect. The house was clean upon arrival. Fast internet (My wife had to attend a Zoom Meeting without any problems), Satellite TV, comfortable beds...Perfect. Tie your boat off to the dock for easy access to the lake, go for a walk in the quiet neighborhood...everything was as advertised. The dock had electricity to plug my boat in. We also loved the outside cat (He welcomed us home after long days on the water) . I would recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys a quiet place for some R&R. We plan to return.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable! The only thing that would have been good to know is that the property is located on a dirt road. Although it was a short distance, it was a mess during the heavy rain we received during our stay. We were glad we decided to go in our truck!

It was so quiet and such a beautiful little lake view spot. Clarence, the cat was a big hit and Sam could not have been any more nice or welcoming. This is a classic fishing lake house with taxidermy bass on the walls and plenty of good strong coffee in the cabinet. Just ideal. If you can get booked with a guy and do some of the best fishing that you can do. Canoes and kayaks are included and my only wish was that it was cooler so we could sit around an outdoor fire and make s’mores.

Check in was extremely easy! The house was very clean, no complaints. The only issue we had was with the coffee pot. We had a time trying to figure it out that it needed a plate to go under the carafe. We also couldn’t get it to brew a full pot. It needs directions or I recommend a new coffee pot. Restaurant options are very limited nearby. Great space for a family.

Althoughone of the most beautiful places to live, the winters are very cold and perfect reason to head to the warm south and Lake Seminole. After a fishing vacation I truly fell in love with the lakes, scenery and people.

Great Bass fishing, kayaking, the covered boat dock, a large yard perfect for family gatherings, games, grilling and relaxing hammocks for afternoon naps.
