Jennifer was great to work with. Very responsive. The condo was as described and had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view and close to all the stores and restaurants. We love Royal Palms and the Gulf Shores and will definitely be back!

The view couldn’t be better! We saw dolphins continuously and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The entire facility was very clean and the boardwalk was flat and easy to walk, which was wonderful for my knees. The host was very responsive- I had a question about where to leave towels when we left and she answered immediately. This was our first time in Gulf Shores and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location

The condo is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable beds. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. Will definitely stay again for a long weekend.

Loved every minute!

Property was everything we wanted. Condo was perfect and communication with owner was very fast. Love the location and the view was amazing!!! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time. Our host was very prompt and returning messages and making sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place. I'm looking forward to the next ghetto.

Great balcony & biew

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was smaller than what we thought. It might be even though it is a one bedroom it does have aging on it. It needs a lot of updating. The view from the balcony was a really good. The bedding was OK and I understand this is a new VRBO listing and when I looked at it and three reviews, I’ll rate it a 10 I thought it would be nicer than what it really was. It really just depends on what you’re used to when you go somewhere and stay. I would recommend it, but I want the people to understand that the unit is small.

Great location

Could use some basic updates to things like shower curtains and all over deep cleaning, but you can’t beat location. Owner is responsive. As a SRT owner myself I have high expectations. Biggest issue, you have to buy your own toilet paper and trash bags, that’s not something I make my renters spend money on when they rent at this cost. I expect at this price to not need to shop for everything when I arrive. I do not do this to my renters. No check in packet was sent so had no idea what to bring and shopping after 9 hour drive is not fun. Be prepared.

The property is exactly as described. Perfect view of the beach, with very easy access to the beach and pool. The host was super responsive when we communicated about early check in and other stay related need to knows. I will stay here again. I hope this unit is available when I return next year. This beach is my favorite place!
