Cute 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located oceanfront and just a short walk to Driftwood Beach. Great view of the Atlantic Ocean from living room and patio. Ground floor entry with a queen bed. Easy access to pool, gym, and laundry facilities.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villa by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE - THE POOL AT VILLAS BY THE SEA WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS BEGINNING MARCH 24, 2026, FOR 2-3 WEEKS.

The unit was very clean and modern with all that’s needed plus in a great location. Just a short drive to the various beaches, town and historical areas. The walking and biking paths are right by the villa.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and check out. Professional when we went to report existing damages. Property was clean but older with expected wear and tear for it's age and usage. Great views and perfect location. We would use this property again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great condo! Love the view of the ocean - direct view of the dunes and sea, no trees in the way. Everything in the condo worked really well. Bathroom shower was beautifully updated. Two small things of note - they have what seems to be stainless steel cookware and the bed frame sounds like it’s going to break or collapse but it’s not, it’s just squeaky and the headboard moves. The mattress is new and has been replaced since that other review mentioned it was broken. Mattress was great and we slept really well on it. The couches are very comfortable. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

In need of a remodel

We enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time exploring Jekyll. The condo was clean, but in need of a remodel. A couple of things to note:This was the worst mattress I ever slept on and we both got up in the mornings with back pain. The mattress sags in the middle and need to be replaced.No drain rack and no drain stopper for doing dishes.Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. It's stained and has seen better days.Bathroom countertop was dirty and the corners and finishing was not up to par.Kitchen cabinets are peeling heavily and doesn't leave a clean or inviting look to the kitchen.
