Welcome to your perfect getaway on the emerald shores of Lake Keowee! 🛶✨ This beautifully designed new construction offers modern comfort, thoughtful details, and breathtaking lake views. With a private dock, guests are welcome to bring their boat 🚤 or take advantage of local rental agencies we are happy to recommend.

Recent upgrades have made enjoying the lake easier than ever! A newly added stone staircase now provides a more comfortable and accessible walk all the way down to the water. In addition, the firepit area has been refreshed, creating an even more inviting space to relax and unwind after a day on the lake.

Main Living Space
Step inside to be greeted by vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings 🛋️, and tasteful décor. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly, ensuring no one feels left out. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame unobstructed views of the sparkling lake 🌊, bringing the outdoors in.

Relax by the working fireplace 🔥 or gather around the large granite kitchen island, which seats five. The kitchen is a chef’s dream 🍳 with ample counter space, two dishwashers, cooking tools, spices, coffee maker, crockpot, Ninja blender, a modern and a spacious pantry for storage and more.

Dining
The handmade oak dining table comfortably seats 10 🍽️, making it perfect for family meals or celebrations. The spacious island has additional seating for 5. Dining spaces are equipped to accommodate multiple families and children, and children's utensils and cups are provided for ease.

Bedrooms
Just off the kitchen, the luxurious master suite awaits, featuring a king-size canopy bed 🛏️, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub 🛁, double vanity, stand-in shower 🚿, and a walk-in closet for extra storage.

Additionally, you'll find a second King size bedroom upstairs, offering comfort and elegance 🛌✨. This bedroom features bathroom access as well as a television.

Lower Level Entertainment
The downstairs area is designed for fun and relaxation 🎉. A second living space includes ping pong 🏓, foosball ⚽, an arcade machine with 40 game options (including Golden T), and a convenient kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge as well as an ice maker so you are able to refill your cooler every day with ease.

There are four additional bedrooms on the lower level:

Queen Bedroom: Bright, airy, stunning lake view with bedroom access to bathroom. The sliding glass door gives easy access to the patio overlooking the lake.
King Bedroom: Comfortable and elegant, this bedroom also features a sliding glass door with access to the patio overlooking the lake.
Bunk Room #1: Two sets of built-in triple bunks (six twin beds total) 🛏️🛏️, perfect for kids or large groups.
Bunk Room #2: One set of triple bunk beds (three twin beds).

Note: The King and Queen lower level bedrooms are each attached via a private hall to the adjacent bunk room, allowing for maximum comfort and privacy within your family.

Outdoor Bliss
The outdoor spaces are a dream 🌳☀️. Enjoy grilling on the propane grill 🔥🍔 or dining al fresco at the table that seats 10. Relax in the ample seating areas, roast S'mores by the propane firepit, challenge your group to a game of cornhole 🎯 on the wrap-around deck, or enjoy running and playing in the yard 🏃‍♂️🌿.

On the top level, gather around the gas firepit 🔥 on the wrap-around deck, surrounded by comfortable furnishings, perfect for families to unwind and share stories under the stars ✨.

A steep but rewarding paved path leads to your private dock, where serene waters and the beauty of Lake Keowee await 🌅. The large covered dock features at least four lounging chairs and multiple other seating options. The house offers two stand up paddle boards, two fishing poles, and more. Guests are welcome to bring their boat to enjoy a day on Lake Keowee.

This home is perfectly situated close to local attractions and amenities! 🗺️ You’re just a short drive from charming downtown atmospheres, boutique shopping 🛍️, and fantastic dining options. Plan to see the Clemson Tigers in action, as Clemson is just a short drive from the home. Explore the fascinating Stumphouse Tunnel 🌄 or take a day trip to the breathtaking Lake Jocassee 🌊, known for its pristine waters and waterfalls.
