About this property

The View - Middle Deck - Seafront

☆WELCOME TO THE VIEW - MIDDLE DECK IN BARBADOS ☆

OMG! Watch Turtles popping up for air from your spacious terrasse and fall a sleep to the sound of the waves.

THE VIEW - PENTHOUSE and THE VIEW - LOWER DECK are the other two separate and private apartments in the same building.

South coast of Barbados is the place for all kind of surf activities or just to relax. You will find surfers on the water when the waves are right and kite/wing- and windsurfers as soon as the wind is blowing.

THE SPACE
The three apartment modern house is located right on the sea side in the Silver Sands area.

The Middle Deck is for 3 adults or a family with two smaller kids.

The bigger bed room has a queen bed, A/C and a ceiling fan.

The second bed room has a twin bed and a standing and ceiling fan. There is a hidden bed, so two smaller kids can sleep in the room, we call it the Harry Potter room.

The big Scavolini kitchen and living room has ceiling fan and floor fan and access to the spacious terrasse through the two sliding doors with a great view over the sea where the Atlantic Ocean meets with the Caribbean Sea. There is a small table dedicated as a workstation for computer.

There is a wind and rain protecting remote controlled screen to the east on the terrace, so you will be able to enjoy the outdoors in almost all weather conditions.

GUEST ACCESS
The garden on the sea side and beside to the east is accessable for all guests of The View.

There is a garden shower.

Our guests are also welcome at the pool side of the Surfers Bay Beach Bar which is just a coconut throw away from "The View".

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
To be as green as possible we collect rainwater and have a 2600gallon/10m3 under the house. We use the water for cleaning of windows and for our garden sprinkler.

We use Mother Sun to heat up for hot water, we have one solar panel for each apartment on the roof.

I love this property. We are both over 60 and was celebrating our 38 wedding anniversary. We wanted to have some quiet time by the beach side. It was perfect. Enjoyed watching the waves and the turtles. Would come back again for sure.

Amazing flat withe breathtaking views

We had a great time at this flat. First of all you just can't beat the incredible uninterrupted view of the ocean. You can hear the waves all day which is just incredible. The inside of the flat is also very nice, well equipped and comfortable. There's parking too. The hosta were very nice to us and left a lot of very sweet touches in the apartment for us which was a very nice added bonus

We worked in Barbados from 2004 to 2006 renovating the airport and fell in love with Barbados and that is why we bought a house here in 2007. We have over the last years built a total new house with 3 separate apartments on the old footprint and we are very happy about the results.
