Beautiful, clean, and well maintained property. The outdoor space impressed my entire family! Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality VRBO stay in PR.

Place was exactly as listed. We enjoyed the pool. Beautifully decorated. Would had like a washer and dryer. Also to have air conditioning in all general spaces, not just bedrooms. Would stay again in the future.

The location was convenient for us. The house and pool are beautiful. We had plenty of space for our group of 5 people. There are minor things I would change, such as a lounge chair by the pool to nap on. But it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Guayama.

The only thing we did not like was the front of the house was ALWAYS warm. When we left the house with windows closed, shades down and AC’s on we came back to AC’s OFF and a very warm uncomfortable house. The AC’s cooled the 3 bedrooms quickly enough but the front of house has NO AC and we felt like we could not enjoy being together because it was so warm. We are all from Florida so we know heat, but this was too much. Otherwise, it was a wonderful set up. Maybe Gina needs to put an AC in the living room. We also could not figure out how they shut the AC’s off while we were gone without coming into the house. (Pretty sure the electric was run by solar power so we couldn’t understand why they couldn’t just leave the AC’s on!?!). Everything else was excellent.

Serene Thank you very much for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We will certainly evaluate your suggestion regarding adding an AC unit to the living room. However, we'd like to clarify that while the property is equipped with solar panels, this does not mean we can add unlimited electrical equipment or use unlimited electricity without cost. Solar energy helps offset part of the electricity usage, but if consumption exceeds production, electricity charges still apply. Our home is also located on a windy corner, which has helped keep the common areas comfortable, and until now none of our previous guests had mentioned this as a concern. That said, we always value guest feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue improving the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

It is a very quiet urbanization that is central to everything in guayama.

What makes this property unique

La Vecchia Village is centrally located in Guayama PR, only 3 minutes from highway 54. The entire house which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI which covers all the property, a smart TV with built-in streaming apps, Amazon Echo Dot speaker2 with built-in Alexa. Each bedroom has inverter A/C. Spacious pool area w/gazebo, outdoor shower and half bathroom.
Solar System with Backup Available.
La Vecchia is near 11 minutes to Pozuelo Beach ⛱️ Area.

The location to the international airport is a 1hr to highway.
