Downtown Scottsdale /Oldtown - Incredible Location - Walk to Everything you Need

Many listings say they are in the Downtown Scottsdale - Fashion Square-area, this HOME ACTUALLY IS right in the epicenter of the area two blocks from Fashion Square Mall, and three blocks to Downtown restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment stops. You can walk, bike or ride free to everything you'll need.

You can get here very quickly from Phoenix Sky Harbor Int'l Airport, 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you are here you can park your car in the garage and enjoy.

The entire home and private backyard patio is yours! This great property has three bedrooms, one with a king bed and Euro Lounger /queen bed, the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, all brand new and super comfortable beds! Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each of the three bedrooms have new 45" Flatscreen TV's.

The living area has a new 70" TV. Dining area with seating for 8 and casual dining with seating for 6. Walk out Atriums throughout give added light to the home.
Walking out your door and having easy access to everything you need is so unique in a world that is so dependent on jumping in a car and driving for most everything.

This style of urban living, where you will not even need a car, combined with the amenities and privacy of a home, with a private back patio, your own grill and full kitchen if you want to eat at home, great outdoor sitting areas and access to a semi-private pool make this destination Extra Special!

Guest access
There is a large back patio where you will enjoy grilling and seating areas. Sliding doors off the living room and Dining room open to a patio, equipped with an outdoor barbeque and dining area for eight. Open the sliding doors off the master bedroom to a patio and enjoy the sitting area on bright Scottsdale mornings and gorgeous nights.

You will have full access to beautiful grounds, pavilion and pool directly out the front door of the house, just 75 feet/ 30 seconds away.

Interaction with Guests
Normally on the day of check-in, I meet you at the property to do a quick walk-thru, offer some information about the area and answer any questions, then I will be on my way but you will have my number and can contact me with any questions that might arise later. This is a newer property for us so we have some reviews, but we have excellent reviews from our other vacation rental properties. If you would like to see even more reviews, I would love to provide them for you.

The Neighborhood
This property is located in the "Best of the Best- Scottsdale Walkzone"
This great neighborhood is SAFE, very quiet and private. You can relax and enjoy a book at the gorgeous pool and pool grounds
Quiet, safe, private and yet... this is the absolute best if you want to be literally seconds from all of the Best local action in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Arizona and probably the entire SW USA!

This is the epicenter of not only Scottsdale, but the entire Phoenix Metro area where you will find Hundreds of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, nightclubs and other attractions are all walking distance, just a few short blocks from your front door.

If you are coming for ML Baseball Spring Training very nearby, (5 minutes driving/ 25 minutes walking), you'll find Scottsdale Stadium, home of the SFO Giants and (7 minutes driving), Talking Stick Park, home of the Colorado Rockies and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Very secure and SAFE area to walk anywhere...day and night!
If you prefer, it is a very inexpensive do an instant bicycle rental with our local bikeshare or scootershare systems, (see www.limebike.com or www.ofo.com), or you can hop a golf cart. the free trolley for Getting Around.

You can also opt to ride the Scottsdale Trolley for FREE! The trolley will take you all around all four quadrants of the Downtown, Oldtown, Arts District and Entertainment District. The closest stops are just three blocks away.

Excellent Home!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay and enjoy with my family! It was a beautiful home, with large rooms and a great outdoor patio, BBQ and table. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and stores in Old Town. Our property manager, Vince was so nice, helpful and available if we needed anything. Fabulous Property!

This property is located in a beautiful community that is conveniently located and gave us easy access to shopping and restaurants; was within 10 minutes of the Desert Botanical Gardens and hiking and also Camelback Mountain. The unit is well-appointed and a pleasure to stay in! The backyard was a relaxing haven for us to relax and read. Vince is a fantastic host and we will definitely stay at this property again!

We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property and neighborhood. Neighborhood was very quiet snd safe. Great hidden access to walk to shops and restaurants. Short drives to golf, botanical garden and other area attractions. Vince was a great host. Met us at the property at check in and was accessible throughout our stay. Beautiful Home - Ideal Location!

My husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of spending a week at Vince's beautiful home - near downtown Scottsdale. This home is very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed the short walk (a couple blocks) to Old Town, to many amazing restaurants, and the fashion center. My husband had a great time on the many challenging golf courses in the area. Thank you Vince, for your warm hospitality - we will be back!!

Great property and very close to everything you want

Vincent’s place was absolutely beautiful and clean!! The house was spacious and comftortable. Felt like home!! We cook a lot so having a barbecue grill and a kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils was exactly what we needed. The location was fantastic as we were able to walk within minutes to the old town shops and the fashion square. We have been in Scottsdale the last four years during winter break. This place was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Villa Adrian - Old Town Scottadale

Property is exactly as pictured in listing. Very large family-friendly condo. Well maintained. Very bright (multiple interior light atriums and sky lights). So close to Old Town shopping, dining and bars but still very quiet neighborhood. Short walks to everything you could want. Owners live nearby and are very responsive. The only hiccup we encountered was an intermittent disruption of TV and internet service. Owners worked tirelessly to fix. They need a more robust and discreet service for the two adjoining units. Would absolutely return again without question. Treat yourself to luxury, space and an ideal location at Villa Adrian.

You cannot beat this location

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property! The description and pictures are completely accurate. The pool and surrounding grounds are beautiful and the back patio is a lovely escape. The home has a one block "back door path" that literally leads you to the entrance of Old Town & Fashion Square Mall. It was a treat to walk over every morning for coffee and every evening for dinner.....there is absolutely no need to Uber or drive. The host was completely thorough in his pre-trip planning and arrival follow up, the household & neighborhood details are clearly laid out in a household binder, and the home is light, airy, spacious and clean. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Great location near Ol’Town

The location of this property is great in that you can walk to so many restaurants and shops. You can even walk to Scottsdale Stadium, a bit longer walk but still very doable. The actual property was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location, beautiful Villa!

Great vacation! My husband and I stayed with our two grown daughters. The villa was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We sat outside every night in the back and played cards or enjoyed a glass of wine. The location was great! Out the front door was the beautiful pool and out the back was a walkway to the city. Fashion Square Mall was across the street and old town was just down the block. You don’t see or hear the city at all when home in the villa. Vince was great and check in and out was super easy. We will definetly be back!!

Spring Break 2021

This property is wonderful! Perfect location in Scottsdale, wonderful secluded neighborhood nestled blocks away from Old Town and 5th Avenue / Fashion Square district. Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Vince was great and met us at the property. Went through ins and outs of the community, where to go, access to surrounding area. The home was well equipped and had comfortable beds. Close to everything and very walkable to old Scottsdale, fashion mall, canal walks and fantastic restaurants. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!!

We chose this home rental based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Home was awesome and well equipped. Vince was very prompt and informative with all communications. It was great to be able to walk to downtown Scottsdale, as well as old town Scottsdale. Plenty of shops, eats, and nightlife to choose from....Boondocks was favorite. Would absolutely rent again if heading to Scottsdale.

Wonderful home and owner in a perfect location!

We were looking for a home within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale. This property was perfect! We had multiple restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. Rental bikes were located within a couple blocks, too. Uber was easy to get to and from anywhere further, and we had no need to rent a car. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We had the shared pool area to ourselves the 3 days we visited. The owner, Vince, was helpful and responsive with all of our requests. The home was equipped with maps and information about the area. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and Vince was quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip to Scottsdale and won’t hesitate to book this property again!

Great spring break in Scottsdale!

We had a wonderful time at Vince's property in Scottsdale! The location near Old Town was perfect, such a fun, quaint local area. Many great restaurants within walking distance, and very safe to walk around in the evening. The house was spotless and there were no surprises! Everything was as described. Vince was so easy to work with. We only saw him upon check in, but he made it clear he was readily available if we needed anything. We called him regarding one very minor thing, and it was resolved quickly. The pool was just across the street, very close and virtually unused by the neighborhood. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Thank you Vince for sharing one of your homes with us!

Over the years I've stayed at many different places in the Phoenix area. My trips to Phoenix are always a combination of business and vacation. This year, I wanted to leave the car in the garage at night and be able to just walk to dinner or for a drink. A lot of places are advertised as "walking distance" to Old Town Scottsdale, this home truly is! A perfect location that is a short walk to innumerable place to eat or shop. The home itself is comfortable and well kept. It was very easy to move in and relax. Vince was responsive and a pleasure to work with. No hesitation recommending this home for your Scottsdale stay.

Pleasant house in GREAT location

Great house in fantastic location

We came to golf and enjoy The Downtown / Oldtown Scottsdale. When we arrived Vinny met us there and showed us around the house and the very quiet community. The pool facility which is only about 50 steps away is very nice. The house has just had a renovation and is a perfect house. The furniture, beds, appliances, tv's are are top notch. The garage was great to park in at night and store our clubs. Back patio is spacious with a brand new Barb'q. Vinny showed us the short cut to walk out of the cummunity to all the shopping, eating and nightlife that Scottsdale is famous for. 5 min walk gets you to the Fashion Mall or the shopping and eating on 5th Ave. 15 mins walk and your at Old Town. Vinny was fantastic to work with from start to finish so we will return for sure. Thanks for a great stay Vinny!
