Enjoy the view of the Intercoastal waterway while at your dining room table. You will see a parade of leisure craft, dolphins and manatee. Fish at the sea wall. Cross the street by our Deeded Beach Access to the warm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets at our beautiful, soft sandy Indian Shores Beach. Quiet, studio condo on the second floor. Fully furnished with queen Murphy bed, full pull out sofa, full kitchen, DVD player,and cable. Kitchen has all utensils, appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes. All linens are provided. Bring your boat, dock outside your back door, launch for free at Park 3 blocks away. Bathroom newly renovated. New improved Wifi available in condo and a plethora of TV channels. (Sports fans - you are about 30 minutes away from an NHL arena, and also Major League Baseball field, 1.5 hrs approx from Disney, Orlando).

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

Worn out

Place needs a deep cleaning.There was lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Stuff is old and should be thrown out. Didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen. Had to clean when we got there before we started our vacation. Place needs remodeled. Have to open refrigerator door in order to use the oven. 17 broken floor tiles. Location was great

Very Nice short stay

Excellent location on the inter-coastal with beach across the street. Enjoyed sitting at table watching boats cruising down the waterway. Condo had everything I needed. Unfortunately, a cold front came thru while I was there, but there were a couple space heaters on hand to keep warm. There was construction going on in the lower level of building (hurricane recovery) but I was aware of that prior to booking. The owner was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The place was clean. It has everything we needed. It was a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right across the street which was not as busy as some of the more popular beaches, the pool was huge and the bay was fantastic to watch dolphins swimming by in the morning. The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. We would certainly come back to stay here.

Nice little Paradise

The stay was wonderful, was exactly what we were looking for. Many things to do locally so you wont run out of thing to do. Not to mention the Beach is right across the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christine

Week Long Getaway

My daughter and I visited for the week. We had a great time. We were mostly out and about so it was perfect for our needs. Christine was also very quick to respond to my questions.

Perfect place

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.

Cozy little condo

Traveling with friends but needed my own place. This was just right, and affordable, for me. The use of the murphy bed really helped open the space during the day. Property has a really nice big pool.

Cute studio in perfect location

Studio was exactly as described and as pictured, very cute end unit, 2nd floor, right on the intracoastal waterway and a walk across the street to the beach. Large pool which I never used since the beach was so close. There is air conditioning which I never turned on, I preferred the open windows and lovely cross breeze though being a light sleeper, I used ear plugs at night to block out intermittent traffic on Gulf Blvd. Murphy bed is light and easy to open/close. It was so lovely to have tea on the balcony in the early mornings, or at the table next to the side window overlooking the water. The birds were amazing and I saw a turtle in the water out back. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Beautiful view

Great view of dolphins, manatees, birds and an osprey nest. When we arrived I was dismayed by the poor job of cleaning done since the last renter. My girlfriend spent half of the first day we were there cleaning. After that it was fantastic. Small unit with a Murphy bed. Access to the intercoastal behind us and across the street through the bird sanctuary was the ocean. My only complaint would be the state of the unit when we got there.

Friends Vacation

Spent five days at this condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the Dolphins and stingray out in the morning. Loved sitting on the chairs at night listen to water. The condo was clean and in a safe area. Lots to do around the condo. Host was great at answer my question. Can't wait to come back. Already looking at rebooking this coming winter

Nice Area

We enjoyed our stay and the area was nice and safe. It was fun watching all the boats going down the intercostal. However we weren’t impressed with cleanliness in the cupboards and especially the bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the shower curtain was filthy, I can’t believe the hosts didn’t replace it before we arrived. I have a picture of the shower curtain, but there’s no place to post a picture here.

Overall condo was just as advertised. To bad we happened to pick the coldest Christmas in years to visit. Small oil heater did little to warm the condo. Really no ones fault, who would have thought it would be as cold as it was? Had a great stay.

The condo with the 1 million $ view.

The condo had a very nice view to the channel, where we saw dolphins and many birds. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The beach nearby is just perfect for long walks, shelling, sun sets. The people in the building are very kind and helpful. Many units are under construction, renovation. That would be a good idea also for this unit. The murphy bed will be replaced very soon already as we heard. Then it is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back soon.

The View

This is the fourth time that we've stayed at Belleview an each time the stay is more pleasant than ever. The other guest are extremely nice and they remember us every year. We will be back soon.

Small, but nice location

The condo is small, but with its location, you're not going to want to hang out inside anyways. I had a hard time finding the beach access, but it was great once I figured it out. The Suncoast beach trolley has a stop directly in front of the building ($2.25 per trip or $5 for a day pass) which is super handy to get to both John's Pass and Pier 60. I saw dolphins in the water behind the building a few times. I found the extra blankets to be older and itchy, but everything else was nice.
