This 2 bed/2 bath home is a hidden gem in the Popoyo area. It is located just steps from the beach and both the living room and master bedroom have a view of the ocean.
The 1st floor features a living/dining area as you walk in the front door. This space is open and is surrounded by large windows for the cool, offshore breeze to pass through. The kitchen features polished concrete ounters and has everything you'll need to cook. The guest room and full bath are access from a short hallway off the kitchen.

A curved, staircase tower leads up to the 2nd floor where you'll find the master bedroom, master bath, an open-air patio as well as a private balcony. The master bedroom enjoys lots of privacy as well as a great ocean view from the balcony.

Property was okay : too many balconies not even used . Not even one room with Tv !! Shower terrible

Not even one room had tv made very boring evenings . Front porch could be bigger instead of unnecessary other balconies not used at all . Since there are flies problems should be at least one balcony with screen . Both showers had very low water pressure . Streets light around property never were working made difficult time to walk outside . Entrance to the beach should have steps instead stepping on blocks . Overall house okay located in quiet neighborhood . Would I stay again ???? Thank you but NO

Stayed with another couple. We had an amazing time. Perfect house in the perfect location. We were very well taken care of by their property management team. highly recommend and would return.

Clean! 50 yards to Sandy Beach, Quiet area

A beautiful, clean house and property. Private bedrooms on separate floors w/AC, two bathrooms (showers) and comfortable living rm. Kitchen is efficient, clean, has gas stove/oven, large fridge. A 5gal drinking water w/stand provided. Sip your morning coffee on one of two private balconies or front porch all with ocean views. Very quiet neighborhood. Take a very short walk to the near-empty sandy beach. A few restaurants (incl authentic Italian pizzaria run by Italians) and small grocery store just down the road from this gated community. The onsite manager Dwight and his staff were friendly yet professional, helpful and prompt with our needs, even when we had to arrive late in evening. Definitely would stay again!

The Perfect Spot to Relax

We just had a wonderful stay at this beach home. The house is comfortable, with a great vibe and fully stocked. Just steps from an absolutely gorgeous beach you will enjoy walks on the beach and can pretty much be assured that you will have it all to yourself! The small development is secure, and while there are only a few homes here the residents and guests are very friendly. There are some great spots to eat out just a short walk or drive. The rental manager is amazing and can coordinate anything you might need.
