Intimate Apartment located on the ground floor for easy access. Private onsite parking. Property has a courtyard and basketball area for children.
Ample parking if guests are coming to visit.

Beautiful neighborhood. Literally 100 steps to the Newly Built Park. Family Oriented Neighborhood near Paramount Business District.
