Beautiful Home!
This is a beautiful home in a neighborhood very convenient to eating, shopping, and so many gorgeous beaches. The pool area is awesome, the house is beautifully decorated and the owners have included everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing stay. My family and I have stayed at MANY VRBOs in Florida and beyond over the past 20 years and this was the cleanest, loveliest, most carefully-considered in which I have ever been. It is a true gem!!

Need to get a new cleaning team/Not worth the money
Both bathrooms had A LOT of Mold on the shower curtains, bought bleach spray to sanitize both showers before using them. On the first night we discovered the Sheets had hair from previous guests still on them. Luckily there were some extra sets of sheets in the closet but proceeded to wash all the linens and blankets ourself to be safe. One bed was covered with hair. It was disgusting? The outdoor furniture was not as shown. No hammock,, 2 lounge chairs were decent, however the cushions were 1/2 the size of the chair(not the ones listed in the pictures), 3 other lounge chairs were marginal and ripped. Had to buy batteries for the tv remote. Luckily there is a little store a few houses away. The kitchen and 1 bedroom are updated and as pictured. The other beds, linens etc are not as described. Rikki is sassy and not welcoming, Michael never answered a text about the hot-tub heater. There are no directions in the binder on the counter on how to heat it up (we were charged for heat), so it was cold until we discovered the directions in a frame next to the bed, in the master bedroom (hidden from plain sight). Definitely NOT worth the money we paid. I would keep looking unless you get it for a bargain and are willing to clean yourself.

Great Time!
For the most part, everything was great! The house was clean, so was the pool and the hot tub. Minor things could be upgraded, like the lounge chairs by the pool and the dining table outside. Overall, me and my family had a great time and would recommend this house.

Stay in Naples Park/Pool did not provide any value
These are strictly our thoughts regarding the property. The property is located in the very easterly portion of Naples Park---- a fiftteen to twenty minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Not suitable for walking to the beach if one is carting any gear. Parking at the beach is a real challenge in the high season. The property is convenient to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and other shopping. We enjoyed Joe's Diner, the Sauce Lady and Leoni's Pizza all within walking distance. Naples Park is an older neighborhood with renovated original homes, older homes in varying condition and new builds. This property is not located on one of the more pleasant blocks. The home next door is in disrepair. We had some issues with the pool which was supposed to be one of the key features of the home and why we paid a premium to rent this property. The pool/spa heater did not operate properly. The hosts cited this concern as our "user error" notwithstanding that three techincians came out and tried to get the hearter operating.. We also found a dead rat in the pool. I will say that the owners did a nice job of renovating the property and we appreciated that they permitted our dogs to stay at the home. The bedrooms, with the exception of the primary bedroom, were quite small. There were no chests of drawers and limited closet space due to items stored in the closets. This was supposed to be a "home away from home" for us for a month, but we were required to live out of suitcases. There was an inadequate amount of dishes for a larger group. The TVs are older and did not have apps that permitted streaming other than Netflix and Prime Video. It also would have been nice to have a desk or work area since we were working remotely duiring our stay. Overall, I do not beleive we received value for what we paid. We had friends also staying in the area who visited us and shared our opinions of the property.
