What a hidden GEM!! Our stay was 20/10. The condo is absolutely GORGEOUS! Everything is clean, updated and in perfect condition. Beautiful styling and Christmas decor!! Location cannot get any better in relation to all major downtown attractions. Kelly is so sweet and responsive. Probably my favorite rental ever. THANKS KELLY AND JASON for a wonderful city night!! Kelly was fantastic to work with! Check in was a breeze and parking is literally right next door- and very inexpensive! The loft is beautiful, it is so clean and welcoming. It was just my husband and I, you could easily have other people. There is so much room. The linens were so soft and the towels were elegant! We were passing through town and needed a place to stay. We caught a ball game while we there. It was a five minute walk. I would not hesitate to go back! Thank you Kelly.

The home was wonderful! We had a great overnight in Downtown CLE! We will def remember this spot in the future when we come to watch the Guardians play! The ONLY reason I am giving 4/5 stars, the parking situation is a little more difficult. The parking lot behind the loft isn’t able to be used overnight, according to the parking lot staff. That was a bit of an unexpected challenge, and we received a ticket that we had to pay- so that wasn’t super great! So keep that in mind when you’re parking, just go to the garage across the street! Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much!

Kelly was amazing in communications and answering questions prior to and during our stay. It was so simple to check in and park across the street. The loft is absolutely stunning and clean and felt like home. It was perfect for going to two Guardians games as it’s just a few steps through a parking lot to Progressive Field!! Also, there are so many great restaurants and bars literally right under or beside the loft. An amazing breakfast a couple blocks away. It’s also surprisingly quiet to sleep being in the middle of the city. It’s a beautiful place with the perfect downtown location. The rooftop patio is great to be outside and you can see Progressive field! You won’t find a place like it! All my friends asked about this place because of my pictures and I’ve already referred many. Stay here!

We are a local couple that enjoys traveling with our adult kids! We have spent the last 3 years meticulously renovating this beautiful historic building from the inside out. Extra care was spent making sure we combined the historic charm of this space with the modern luxury we like to find when we travel.

Why they chose this property

We think this is one of the best districts in Cleveland. Its super close to sporting venues, the Jack Casino, Playhouse Sq., and vibrant dining and nightlife. All while being quiet enough to relax and kick back after exploring.

What makes this property unique

It's the only residential unit in the building, which makes it truly "one of a kind".
We completely restored one of Cleveland's oldest 1880's buildings. Original brick walls, exposed ceilings, and a massive 8 ft. tall arched window highlight just how unique this space is. Custom cabinetry and tile work throughout.
Our 1200 sq. ft. walk up loft, has an open floor plan and boasts two comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, laundry area, and built in work station.
