This spacious, bright and comfortable mountain home is ready to be enjoyed! Perfect for families and groups, this home offers a gourmet kitchen overlooking a large open living/dining space located on the main floor. Skylights and ample windows bathe the room in light during the day and allow for beautiful forest views as the sun sets in the evening. On the lower floor and mezzanine levels, five well-appointed bedrooms offer comfortable privacy for a good night’s sleep. An upper loft level (with X-Box 360) provides an additional area for socializing and sleeping. Downstairs recreation room includes pool table, additional seating and access to the outdoor hottub. All of this with access to Tahoe Donner’s many amenities, lakefront beaches, hundreds of miles of hiking trails and world class skiing, golf, mountain biking and bicycling.

This 4200 square foot home sleeps up to 12 people in beds and works well for as many as four families. Bedrooms include:
**Master Bedroom on Lower Level (King bed, extra single foam mattress with linens stored under bed, private bath with shower)
** Two Bedrooms on Lower Level with shared bath with shower (each with a king bed)
** Kids bunk room off of Rec Room on Lower Level (twin bunkbed and a king bed)
** Master Bedroom on Mezzanine Level (King bed, private bath with shower, extra single foam mattress with linens stored in closet)
** The loft, which is open to the living room below, also offers additional sleeping space for up to 3 persons (one twin bed, one queen bed)
In addition to the three bathrooms listed above, there is fourth bathroom off of the living room offering a spacious Jacuzzi tub.

The Hotsprings Grandee HOT TUB seats 7 and functions year round.

Stairs connect the back two decks and lead out to sloping forested area that backs onto a small green belt, adding to your privacy. Ideal for sledding (with helmets!) and snowshoeing in the winter and collecting pine cones and building fairy houses in the summer!


Towels, linens, pillows and mattresses were purchased with comfort in mind. Bedrooms offer ample closet and dresser space. There is a washer, dryer, clothing rack and ironing board in the laundry room for your use. This is a SMOKE FREE HOME.

Our house conveniently located in Tahoe Donner Access to all Tahoe Donner Amenities for daily Guest Fees.

Tahoe Donner has excellent amenities such as a Beach, Recreation pools, workout facility with childcare, lap pool and a hot tub, Equestrian Center, GOLF, Tennis and Restaurants all within a few minute drive from the house. Visit the tahoedonner website for an overview of all amenities.

FREE door-to-door transportation around Tahoe Donner and into some parts of Truckee through TART, connecting to TART buses to area ski mountains and other destinations.

Skiing at Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, North star, and Alpine Meadows all within 15-20 minutes.

The Tahoe Donner Cross Country Center with its gorgeous and extensive trail system and the Tahoe Donner Ski Area are only five minutes away.

There is a 2 car garage as well as driveway space for up to 4 additional cars. The garage has direct access into the house.
