While we respect every guest's opinion, we feel it is important to provide additional context for future travelers. • Accommodations & Accuracy: Our property comfortably accommodated your group of eight, with sufficient bedrooms and bedding exactly as advertised. This is a spacious, rustic, jungle-style estate that is accurately represented through our photos and description. Hundreds of past guests have thoroughly enjoyed its unique character and value. • Hot Water: The home utilizes multiple water heaters. As with many large estates, running simultaneous showers across several bathrooms can temporarily reduce hot water availability. We received no urgent communication during your stay indicating a major issue that required immediate attention. • Property Condition: We respectfully disagree with the characterization that the property is "run down." The home is regularly maintained and continuously improved. We are, however, glad you acknowledged that our host Helen, was supportive and helpful throughout your stay. • Amenities: Both the pool size and the seating arrangements are clearly visible in our listing photos, allowing guests to make well-informed decisions before booking. We understand that not every property is the perfect fit for every traveler.
