- Absolutely no smoking inside - $1000 fine. - Park in the garage or driveway. Do not park on the grass or in bike lane on Hutchins St.
- Trash pick up is Tuesday mornings. Use bin and place at curb facing forward. - Any incidents, please notify the host immediately.
