Fire alarm went off at 5, 5:45, 6:20, and 7am, finally called to the Lobby at 7 to check if we needed to evacuate and they said the fire department had it under control. Disappointed in the lack of communication during that issue, and no acknowledgement of disruption of our stay. Easy location and check in.

The hostess and the people were nice but the pictures didn't match up to what it really look like they need to update their pictures it does not look all fancy The toilet was not working proper but other than that it was okay

The pool and spa were very dirty. Green and black mold!! Should have been closed! I spent 2 hours checking into 3 different rooms. First room, the door was extremely hard to open and close. The AC didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work and was leaking water. 2 nd room was on the second floor and doesn’t allow pets. I had my 85 lb. Dog with me in the lobby. 3rd room I got to listen to the water in the shower leaking day and night. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again!!

The hot tub was clean and reliably warm.The pool was moderately cool. With the pool being outside it helped regualte the temperature. The pool could use a goos scrubing. The pool itself was clean, but the walls arou d it look a little worn and could use a scrubing and maybe a repainting.

The room was ok. Some small issues with the hotel though. Shower faucet was leaking, safe box was old so it didn’t have a key, and service was slow when both the keys didn’t work.

Facility pictures did not match the facility. Room smelled like mildew, shower wouldn’t turn off and everything felt dated and dirty. Location is amazing right by downtown but if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the room I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

This property was not accurate to the photos it also said a home not a rundown hotel smelled like mildew and mold and the room was definitely not what was described in the pictures. Definitely AI enhanced photos the hotel is run down and not worth the money they're charging. Didn't even stay the second night and still have yet to hear about getting my money back for that second day

I specifically chose a place with breakfast. No breakfast - we were told by another guest that they stopped serving breakfast a year prior to our stay. The place was in a bit of disrepair, leak in the parking garage, shower faucet leaked with a continuous stream. The room smelled musty, felt damp, and one one side had a urine smell. They charged 15/day to park. No housekeeping while we stayed. The jacuzzi and pool were ideal temperatures though!

Hotel renovation.

I was assigned a room and when I open the door there was a molded smelling order coming from the room. I placed my suitcase down and looked around but the smell was so overwhelming that I picked up my suitcase and went back to the office and explained the situation. The manager change my room and it was a little better. The hotel is very old and in desperate need of a makeover. I was booked for two days but left early the next morning. This place is awful.
