Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and put away any dirty dishes. Please leave any wet towels hanging up in the bathrooms. Please leave the sheets on the beds for my cleaner to remove
Clean out the refrigerator and throw away all trash in the trash room in front of the elevators
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT leave any of the sliding doors open. The humidity causes moisture in the unit and the AC unit and will grow mold
Please DO NOT bring carts into the condo. It will cause the floor to be extremely dirty and cause damage to the walls in the condo
Please DO NOT put any clothes or towels into the washer and dryer with sand on them

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the condo and had the best week. Becky was so responsive the 7 months leading up to our trip and during as well! The condo was clean and had lots of dishes to use as well as cleaning products under the kitchen sink. Since it’s on the end of the complex, the view of the beach is amazing. The porch has great lounge chairs and a table/chairs set. We had no issues with the elevator and the pool was kept clean. We would come back again!!

Our family of six—seven if you count our small furry friend- absolutely loved our stay in Becky’s condo on Orange Beach! The condo was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and decorated with such a charming beachy feel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of our favorite features was how bright and inviting it was, with breathtaking full ocean views right from the condo. The location was perfect as well—close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything Orange Beach has to offer.Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!
