This spacious rental, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, is the perfect home base for your Cape Cod getaway. With four bedrooms (including a basement bedroom), eight beds, and two full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.

Outside, guests can unwind on the deck, complete with outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill—perfect for cookouts on warm summer nights. While some relax with a glass of wine on the patio, others can kick back in the cozy living room.

The open-concept living area and kitchen create an inviting space for quality time together. Whether preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals. After dinner, gather for a family game night or a movie. And during the summer, stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning.

There is wifi internet and television/Comcast/ Xfinity cable in the living room and master bedroom. NESN / Sports fubo package to watch the Bruins and Red Sox. The living room TV is a smart TV as well as the two upstairs bedrooms. Charging station on the desk for phones and accessories.

***Linens for the beds are provided as part of the cleaning fee. To keep cleaning fees reasonable, towels are available but tenants must wash towns and return to the linen closet. Trash and recycling pick up is on Wednesdays.

There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the entrance for both our guest's safety and for when no one is home.

The following breeds of dogs are not allowed per insurance: pit bull terriers, Doberman pitchers, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, german shepherds, chows, bullmastiffs, Huskies, Alaskan Malamute, wolf hybrids, great Danes, st Bernard, Akitas, Rhodesian ridgebacks, farm and ranch animals, any non-domestic or exotic animals and any mixed breed of the above and any animal with a history of a bite.

This Cape home is a comfortable cozy home suitable for any family. The home is located on a private, quiet street with plenty of opportunities for walks on trails and bike rides. 3 miles to grocery, movies, rte 149, 2.5 miles to Rte 28.

This home is great for someone who had difficulty with stairs and perfect for family retreats or a couples getaway.

Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis and Brewster beaches, Kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters and much much more.....

The drive to the beaches is all back roads and not main roads, so it’s quick with a no stress drive. Almost all beaches offer daily parking for on-site or weekly passes can be purchased at the town halls. Because of the variety, we like to explore multiple beaches and our favorite beaches are Mayflower, Corporation, West Dennis, Skaket, Paines Creek, Cold Storage, and the best-kept secret Crowe's Pasture.

The home is on the Dennis line and close to Brewster making Dennis, Harwich, Brewster and Orleans beaches within 5-10 minutes.

The best part of a long day at the beach - 1.3 miles to Sand Pond in Harwich which is usually our stop on the way back where the kids love to visit and rinse off from a long day at the beach.
