We built this home and raised our two daughters here. Glenwood Springs has so much to offer, which is why our family made this town our home for the last 30+ years!

We have successfully run several short term vacation rentals for more than a decade. To see our other listing, vrbo.com/2161587

What makes this property unique

Glenwood Springs has grown over the years, but still has that ‘small town’ charm. It was listed as one of the top seven ski towns in Rand McNally & USA Today's issue of 'Best of the Road'. Plus it has become a tourist destination with too many attractions to list, like Ski Sunlight, the famous Hot Springs Pool, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Glenwood Caverns & Amusement Pk, river rafting, biking & hiking trails galore, hunting and fly fishing. Come enjoy the great outdoors in an authentic mountain town. The charming town has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Grocery stores are 10 minutes from the house.

Relax, unwind and enjoy a relaxing time together, away from the everyday stresses of life. Bond with family and friends, cook, eat and drink….in your 'home away from home'. This is not a home with a sterile environment and white hotel towels, but a HOME you can feel has been lived in and has more living to be had. The lasting memories you create in a true mountain home, is special and unique and something that stays with you for years to come.
