The towel situation was annoying and should be better explained. You only get 1 large, one hand, and one wash cloth for the entire stay. You are then told to go to a coin laundry downstairs if you want fresh ones. Thankfully the front desk gave us extras so the I didn’t spend my vacation doing laundry. Room could use a deep cleaning; furniture has mold on it and the floors were sandy and when I spilled some water and wiped it up the paper towel the towel was black. We had to run some of the dishes through a dishwasher because they were put in the cabinet dirty.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Michelle! We’re sorry the cleanliness and towel situation fell short of expectations. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have been happy to send our housekeeper to address the concerns. We hope to welcome you back for a better experience.
