BEAUTIFULLY Updated OCEAN VIEW Condo at Sands Ocean Club
OCEAN VIEW STUDIO & NEWLY REMODELED
Sands Ocean Club is a fun resort for couples or families! There is something for everyone. Enjoy the Ocean, indoor and outdoor pools as well as the Lazy River - all just steps away from your condo door.
Condo 304 is located on the 3rd floor, is NEWLY REMODELED and is gorgeous. It is an OCEAN VIEW STUDIO CONDO with a beautiful view that also overlooks the lazy river & oceanfront bar. Sit on the balcony and listen to the live music while relaxing with a view of our beautiful beach.
The condo sleeps 4 people with 2 brand new beds, 1 queen and 1 full. It has ceramic tile thoughout, no carpeting, and has a fully equipped kitchen area that includes a full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and mini fridge.
RESORT AMENITIES: The onsite amenities include both indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, and whirlpool. The onsite restaurant is open daily for breakfast or come in from the beach and enjoy lunch or dinner at River City Cafe for some of the best burgers on the beach.
There is also a beach front bar with live music playing daily from March-November, weather permitting.
SANDS OCEAN CLUB RESORT has a reputation for being one of the most fun-filled resorts in Myrtle Beach! This resort provides a perfect setting for live entertainment and relaxing good times. You can listen to the music while relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
There is also the Atlantis Spa onsite which offers massages, facials, manicures and more.
If you decide to venture off the property there are many fantastic dining options minutes away along Shore Drive or Kings Highway. For shopping and entertainment you are only minutes away from Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing.

My wife and I first visited Myrtle Beach 18 years ago and instantly fell in love with the Grand Strand area. We love the beautiful beaches, palm trees, laid back atmosphere, wide selection of golf courses, abundant choice of daytime entertainment and shopping as well as night time entertainment, live music, dining, etc.
We are originally both from the Baltimore, MD area and currently live in Taneytown, MD.
We loved the Myrtle Beach area so much after our first couple visits, that we decided to get married in North Myrtle Beach, and hope to make the area our permanent home soon.
We purchased this condo 10 years ago with the goal of spending more time along the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. We visit the area and stay in our ocean view condo several times a year or more and we hope that you enjoy your stay and our beach home away from home as much as we do!

We love Sands Ocean Club for it's fun and lively atmosphere, Beach Bar with live music, River City cafe on premises and open 8 months out of the year, we can walk to the pier and fish or eat fresh seafood at Croakers - there's always something fun to do.
Sands Ocean Club is centrally located which allows for an abundance of shopping, restaurants and nightlife all located within a short drive OR you can have a great time without ever leaving the property.

Sands Ocean Club has been popular with those visiting the Myrtle Beach area since the first phases of the resort were completed in the 1980's. It's location tucked away at the end of Shore Drive gives Sands Ocean Club and the surrounding area the feel of it's own destination - away from the hustle and bustle that Myrtle Beach can be during tourist season. Yet most of the major attractions of the Grand Strand area are only a short drive away if you chose to venture out.
There are many options at the resort, or just a short walk away. Also a couple minute drive up Lake Arrowhead Rd. there are many choices for dining or a night out to have a beverage or listen to live music.
