Second time staying here and will continue to our top choice when visiting the area. The unit is perfect for families, providing all you need for an extended stay with great access to all the island has to offer, most importantly the beach! Sarah is the best host always making the stay personalized if staying for a special event. Not to mention she’s responsive and available to help with anything.

close to everything
I recently stayed at this unit for 5 days. It is a really nice unit. Pretty much everything you need is included except for a dishwasher. It is quiet and pet friendly.
It is close to everything. You can easily walk to several restaurants and shops. And the beach is only two blocks away. Also the supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive away.

It was exactly as listed...very clean..great location..had everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The location is close to all the sights and places to visit but none of the hustle and bustle .
Excellent communication with host. Very comfortable stay. And so close to the ocean!

First-ever 1-star review…….
Gotta say - it *stings* a bit - but I hope it will serve to keep me humble.
While previous reviews will reveal a broader opinion of our guests experiences here, I do want to acknowledge and respond to this one, mostly for the benefit of future guests.
Bugs (and a myriad of other pesky critters) exist here on the island just as they do other places. We are fastidious about cleanliness and pests and take every measure we can to keep them away.. Our property is treated regularly and when an issue pops up, our pest control provider quickly comes to address it, just as they did this time.
Any bugs that are seen are usually transient and often must be treated with bait - which is never an “instant” fix. In this case, the guest did in fact see several roaches over the course of their time here, all in the same vicinity. When we came to look we saw one in that same place - on a light switch outlet about a foot away from a dog dish that had been left on the counter. When brought to our attention, we quickly applied a multi-level approach with professional grade spray and bait. We followed up throughout the stay and repeated the process when bugs were seen again. We also communicated with the previous and following) guests. Previous guest said they saw no bugs during their stay, and the following guest was kind enough to report in when they saw one. At this point, 6 days after this guests departure, the bug situation appears to be behind us. No matter the cause, we dealt with it quickly and appropriately.
As far as the use of weed killer, we will always feel it’s important to notify guests of the presence of any chemical their pet might be exposed to. If there had been concerns, which were not expressed in this case, other untreated areas on the property could have been pointed out. Weed killer is typically not a problem for pets once it dries, which may not have been communicated to this guest. The need to do so is duly noted..
We take every guest complaint seriously. A property manager is available throughout a guest’s stay to address issues like these and any others. Our intention is always to put the guest’s comfort first and we will always respond quickly with that goal in mind. Beyond that, some things are simply out of our control.
We had a very nice stay at IOP the week of July 3-10. Check-in was a breeze and we found the condo clean and spacious. We had a 3 yr old with us so we rented a crib from BabyAway. Unfortunately he learned how to climb out of the crib the very first night lol. We love this condo and will most likely return, but we do have one request. If possible, we’d like to have and extra lock on the front door (up high ideally), as our little escape artist found it very easy to open the front door with the lever handle. Beach Breeze #106 on the Isle of Palms was a perfect getaway for our girl getaway. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Beach Breeze #106 was clean, decorated in a coastal vibe and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.
This cute condo is just a short walk from the beach and everything that IOP has to offer! We were specifically looking for an affordable, pet-friendly option for this trip and this one was perfect. Beth, the property manager, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made the entire process easy and simple. Our dogs loved staying there with us and there was ample places to take them for walks or potty breaks. They keep a very nice grassy area for pets to go just outside the condo door. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Be sure to get breakfast and/or lunch at the Sea Biscuit Cafe which is only a short walk away.
My aunt, mother, and myself had a wonderful stay here. Clean and convenient to all the best the Isle has to offer. Very thankful for a place that allows my emotional support dog Daisy to travel with me. Beth even left treats for her, which was an adorable touch. This was our second stay at this location and we will be back in the future for sure.
This was a clean and charming home away from home, with a well-appointed kitchen and nice linens. One bed was in need of a new mattress - very uncomfortable to sleep on - and ceilings are low so watch your head around ceiling fans if you are tall!
Clean and cozy...met our needs to get to bring the pup along, no frills, easy walk to the beach. The area was very crowded as the location is beside two public parking areas.
CLEAN, CUTE, CLOSE to BEACH, loved that we had our own porch. BUT the most important is we were able to bring our most important family, our furbaby!!! Would love to stay here again. Beds were super comfy, paper products provided, even loved the extra touch of cold bottled water in fridge, and the welcome of delicious cookies!! highly recommend!! reservation, payement, check-in and checkout a breeze!!! thanks Beth for a great week!!

Perfectly Located Beach Retreat
My family and I had a wonderful week at the Ocean Inn, #106. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store and Ben and Jerry's. Our three children enjoyed the pool daily (often had it to ourselves!) and our French Bulldog enjoyed watching the sights from her crate conveniently placed by the window each time we ventured out. The condo itself had almost everything we needed (while linens and bath towels are provided, be sure to pack your own beach/pool towels) and was very comfortable for a family of 5. The front bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and our children had no complaints about the back bedroom (although the bed was a little too springy for older backs). Overall, we loved IOP and Beth couldn't have been more accessible and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Condo
We enjoyed our trip very much! The condo was awesome!! We could walk to everything and we found the surrounding hangouts enjoyable. The condo was very well stocked with what ever we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable and furniture was well taken care of. My grandkids loved the pool and had a great time swimming.. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
