NEW Modern Beach Escape + Jacuzzi + Large Backyard

Recently renovated home 2 blocks from the beach in North PB. Bright and airy with spacious bedrooms and a large patio for relaxing after a day of sight seeing or spent at the beach. Central location, 10 minutes to La Jolla and a 15 minute drive into downtown San Diego. The neighborhood restaurants and cafes and PB nightlife are within walking distance. This property has a huge backyard that includes a luxury Jacuzzi and plenty of seating for everyone!

Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels, chairs, any toys or ice chests (if applicable). If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.
11. No pets allowed.
12. NO glass is permitted in the hot tub. No sand in the hot tub.

Check out instructions:
— Remove trash from the kitchen and place in trash bins located outside. Please remove all food from the fridge and microwave.
— Please put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a dish soap pod and press start.
— Leave used towels on bathroom floor | Leave bedding As-Is. Do not make used beds.
— Tidy the deck and clean the BBQ, if used.
— Make sure the hot tub cover is on.
— Turn off the air conditioner/heater. Turn off all ceiling fans.
— Please return all beach toys and games to where you found them.
— Make sure all doors and windows are locked upon leaving. Please turn off all lights.
