This apartment is in the Nimmamhaemin area. Easy access to Old town area, the airport, Chiang Mai University and Suthep Road. Excellent location and convenient to go anywhere in Chiangmai.There are lots of chic places around the place; shops, bars, cozy cafes, local and international restaurants, Maya department store, supermarkets, cinemas, ATMs, Banks. However the apartment faces away from the street so is relatively quiet and feels private.

I don't usually give five stars but our experience with the condo was exceptional. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The condo is VERY well equipped with basics and extras that were a delight to find. I won't go through them as then they would no longer be a delightful surprise! Lin and her parents in law who greeted us and were available to help when and if required were friendly and informative. We had lots of fun while getting all the b usiness looked after.. They are the perfect hosts allowing us to make the condo OUR home during our stay. The location is perfect whether you are an avid walker like us or prefer to ride! There is parking available and taxis are everywhere. About a 15 or 20 minute walk to the Old City and 5 minutes to large shopping centres that are state of the art. There are many restaurants that offer Thai, Korean, Australian, Chinese, European, American (Canadian to me) and Mexican options, The street food and night markets offer excellent opportunities to eat some of the best authentic Thai foods ever! If we are lucky enought to get back to Chiang Mai, which I hope we are, we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this high value condo to my friends and family. It is perfect for a couple whether young or older. You get very good accomodation for very fair pricing.
