This was a perfect place for me and my son to stay when I came up to watch his first college football game. I had my own room and he had his own room for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Great place to stay for a winter visit to Fargo for a wedding! Kiddo & I had shared and individual space, and the location was very convenient for downtown and the various wedding-related locations. The dedicated parking was easy to find and the parking & walkways were well-maintained through a couple rounds of snow. It was negative temps during much of our stay, and the baseboard heating struggled a bit to keep up with the cold, but there were plenty of warm blankets to add when needed! We would certainly stay here again if something brings us back to the area!

PROS: this unit was very clean and convenient to both Fargo downtown and Moorhead (5 minutes away), CONS: be aware that it is SMALL - fine for two people, or maybe young family with small kids, but would feel cramped for 3 or more adults. There's no dining table, so you have to get creative with the couch and end-tables in the photo. Nonetheless, a good value, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

A wonderful apartment

Two very nice and comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, full-sized bathroom, and a living room. I stayed two nights for the local marathon. The host was extremely accommodating, provided detailed instructions, free WiFi, and answered questions promptly. The biggest surprise was having access to free laundry facilities on-site, even the detergent and fabric softener were provided. If I am fortunate enough to come back to this gem of a city, I hope I am able to stay here again.

The apartment is really quaint. It is the lower back part of a house. You can hear people walking upstars as the house is older and the floors squeak. The kitchen has full refridgerator, stove/oven, apartment sized microwave. We ate out so didn't use it. The two bedrooms and bathroom are very nice. Beds are comfortable. You may want to bring an extra towel - three were supplied to use. The living room is cute, just as the picture shows. It has one two-person couch and a coffee table. There is not a table and chairs, so eating takes place sitting on the couch. Also currently, June 2026, there is road construction in front of the house. Bring earplugs or plan to be awaken at 7am by jackhammers. This has nothng to do with property and owners - they have no control, it is just a heads-up should anyone be staying during summer.
