Enjoyed our stay

Loved our stay. Very convenient location, cute decor although sofa was pretty dirty. Stayed with my 81 year old mother so parking was great. Would like to have had handicap bar in the walk-in shower just for safety sake. We had to leave one day early, had to call ambulance for my mother. Would stay here again next year if available.

We’ve stayed at this apartment multiple times in the last 5 years and it is always our first choice. A few times it has been booked and we’ve had to stay other places, which were fine, but we always come back here. Clean, cute, comfortable, and great location.

Clean and comfortable

Had everything we needed, great location to walk into downtown. Beds were comfortable, little balcony was great to drink coffee on in the mornings. Communication with the owner was fast and easy, and we loved having an indoor parking garage spot. Definitely recommend!

Apartment near Festival Grounds

The location was ideal for an event we were attending at the festival grounds in Fargo - it ended up being a 15 minute walk. The carpets are in need of cleaning and there were stains on the sofa, but otherwise everything was clean and we appreciated the two AC wall units as it was unseasonably warm when we were there. There is off street parking in a garage and the host provides a parking permit for a vehicle to park at a parking lot about a block away. We appreciate the host's communication and the location of the apartment. We found a very cute cider bar nearby on the walk to the festival grounds and enjoyed a delicious dinner from the nearby chicken place.

Close to downtown Fargo. Clean. Beds are comfy. Could use a more comfy couch in the living room but it was okay for a few nights. Would rent again.

Close to downtown and more

The apartment entry and instructions on the what, where and how were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is also with 6-7 blocks for walking to restaurants and ice cream. The second day we biked over to Hopperstad for a tour of the boat and church. From there we bike along the Moorhead bike trail. There are many miles to bike. We had a great time getting to know Fargo and staying at the VRBO rental

Clean, well provisioned apartment

The apartment was in good condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned (thank you for the Kuerig and pods!) everything was in good working order. The location was great - only a couple blocks from downtown - and very easy to get to and from. We appreciated the in-building parking space. The building itself was not great - bad smell and garbage in the lobby - but, we just moved quickly through the lobby and the apartment was a whole different experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend College Visit

Great place to stay. Nice location close to downtown. Totally happy with our experience and would stay here again. FYI *Could use a new ice tray, new frying pan. Toilet in hallway bath is loose. Carpet in entryway could use a clean/shampoo.
