Downstairs: Newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops; large living and dining area with a sleeper sofa and a half bath; scenic deck off the living room includes patio furniture and grill in addition to a spectacular view of The Continental Divide. Ski/bike storage, laundry and hot-tub on property. Lobby pick-up/return on shuttle service to nearby slopes, restaurants and attractions. Covered, attached parking.

Why they chose this property
Sts. John has always been our favorite location. Our multi-level condo is perfect for a large family or group that may need privacy. After a long day on the slopes and shopping, it is quite enjoyable to retire upstairs while the younger family members are still enjoying the deck, cooking and playing games. Obviously, the view of The Continental Divide is spectacular!
