Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bed linens (not including mattress covers and comforters) in the loft and bath linens in the owner's bathroom upstairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No eating or drinking in the living room, loft and the bedrooms.
No street parking per HOA rules. There is limited overflow parking available in the community. Their is parking for two cars in the driveway.

Home away from Home

We stayed for a softball tournament and it was the perfect location. There was a short drive to the fields and food. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. If I am in the area I will definitely book this home again.

Great value close to the beach

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, new, and comfortable accommodations in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family or group. Only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to N. Myrtle Beach. We will certainly be back.
