We loved the property, it’s very convenient to the area we wanted to visit. Everything went smoothly from check-in to when we left. We have booked this cottage again.
Rafi and Arielle were the most gracious and accommodating hosts I have ever experienced with vrbo. Their instructions on how to get to the cottage behind their home was so well-written I don't understand how others went to the wrong house. The only reason for 4 stars for accuracy was as much my fault as the owners. I have walking issues and use a mobility walker, I usually ask about stairs and I didn't - I think I just wanted this location so much that I didn't want a reason not to take it. Rafi said he will mention in the ad that there are stairs to get up to the cottage behind their home, then no stairs in the cottage itself. (Rafi works from home and actually watched when I returned and came out to help me up the stairs.) My cousin and I were celebrating our 82nd birthdays and we thought the cottage was in the absolute best location to see and do everything in Atlanta - even the airport is close. We never had to drive more than a few miles to do everything we planned. I highly recommend this property for its location, hosts, comfort and cuteness.
This is a small and cozy rental. Perfect for me and my two almost-adult kids. The kitchen is well stocked and everything thing was clean. The owners provided a very detailed list of recommendations for the area. We would rent again if in the area.
Good location and very clean. Would not consider a cottage, but a converted garage to guest house. Responsive host and description matched what was on Vrbo. I would recommmend this stay at a reduced rate.
Quick one night stay, and this place was exactly what we needed for the concert we attended at State Farm Arena. It would be perfect for anyone with a similar need or for someone that needs to travel to the Atlanta area for work. It was clean and comfortable. The host were communicative and accommodating - we would definitely rent from them again! There are just a couple of things to note 1) that the toilet is very small, almost child size, but we didn't have an issue with it 2) GPS will tell you the house prior is the location, so pay close attention and finally 3) the driveway is pretty steep and there are a few steps that lead up to the guest house, so just take that into consideration if you or someone you're traveling with has any mobility issues.
Walkable and safe neighborhood, great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Freedom Parkway to get to the highway / other parts of the city. I'm from Atlanta originally and we wanted to bring my stepdaughter down for a few days for some concerts without being stuck in a hotel Downtown / in Midtown. This was perfect - easy walk to the Beltline, shopping, and a ton of new restaurants. Quick drive to Little Five. Poncey Highland is just a great neighborhood and this was a clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient base for exploring.
Our stay was great. It was located in a safe, but trendy little neighborhood east of downtown Atlanta. Lots of restaurants (Loved Tio Luchos and Osteria!) and just minutes from the Virginia Highlands which has more restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Things were a little spartan but we don't travel to spend a lot of time in a room. We did eat in one night and watched baseball National League playoff. It was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring.Best aspects: Location. Clean. Quiet. Easy check-in/check-out. Nice host. Minor issues: Parking spot was a little tough, but we made it work. The cottage is fine for 2 people for our 5 day stay. (There were only two of us and it was just fine. One bedroom is quite small, but that didn't bother me.)I'd recommend it if you aren't looking to spread out a lot.
This is a great little spot to crash and check out Atlanta. Walkable and very easy to get to other interesting areas. Host was communicative and answered questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay.
