Relax with your morning coffee or your evening beverage of choice on the peaceful lanai overlooking the 6th green of the Stoneybrook Golf Club and also enjoy the view of one of many lakes throughout this wonderful community! Our beautiful home includes a private pool and spa. With 3 bedrooms and an upstairs loft, there is plenty of room for you and your guests. An optional transfer membership is available for use of the Stoneybrook owners amenities. This includes 3 pools, Clubhouse (Workout/Exercise Room, Locker Rooms, Community Room), Pickleball, Basketball, Tennis, Bocce Ball Courts, Spa/Hot Tub, Fishing Pier, and a Bike/Jog path. Stoneybrook Golf Club offers an 18-hole public golf course. At 7350 yards this is one of Southwest Florida's longest golf courses. No membership is required to play at Stoneybrook. The owner will provide letter which gets you the owners discounted rates for golfing. The Stoneybrook community is located within minutes of SWFL International Airport (7mi), Gulf Coast Town Center (5mi), Miromar Outlets (1mi), Coconut Point (9mi), and Germain Arena (1mi). Come enjoy a little piece of paradise!

Well appointed, clean, and comfortable home

Home was a great setup in up and coming area. Everything was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. We had two of us working there for the month with zero issues. This property had everything you could ask for with plenty of room to spread out a bit. The pool area was great (clean and very usable) to relax in the sun, watching the golfers on the green. Bill was very responsive to the few questions we had for him (none regarding issues with the property). There were plenty of beaches to choose from, from Naples to Ft Myers, all within 45 minutes max. All in all, I would put this as the best VRBO experience out of a long list.

Great stay for a family vacation

My whole family stayed during Christmas this year. We had a wonderful stay with the pool and hot tub and great location to so many great restaurants and shopping! The neighborhood was great with fantastic and polite neighbors! Check-in process was flawless. Our entire family enjoyed this great house!

Great location, lovely house, pleasant experence alltogether

My family and I stayed for a month, and this house checked several of our boxes. We have been to Stoneybrook before and really like the location - close to golfing, shopping, and friends (and close to the airport, which was helpful when picking up/dropping off family members). The house is lovely, it works great for 4-6 people, and can easily accommodate more if necessary. The furniture is nice and the decor pleasant, and the outside area is very comfortable for relaxing after golf or shopping. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and really helpful if you have any questions as a guest. The owner is overall very pleasant and easy to work with. We had numerous questions and he responded quickly and in enough detail to help us make our decisions. The price seemed reasonable, and the security deposit was returned promptly and without complications. Would rent again without hesitation.

Home itself has all you need to live "Your Life" for those precious months on winter "get away" bliss. Watch the weather at home and think "Life does not get any better than this". Heck family is but a phone call away.
Newly Redecorated -- updated appointments, painting, carpet and furniture. Wonderful peaceful Lanai overlooking 6th green, spacious heated pool and soothing spa. Sleeping room for couples or families to visit with 3 bedrooms and loft accommodations. Plenty of relaxation settings throughout the home for privacy to just get to that book you have been meaning to finish. Inside or outdoor cooking available.
Location - minutes from Ft Meyers airport but without the noise, beautiful neighborhood setting with friendly neighbors, shopping at your fingertips at the Outlet Mall less than a mile walk or drive away and upscale malls a short drive, wonderful restaurant on complex with "two for" offers nightly and wonderful food - a great place to meet friends, and the beach a short drive.
