Really nice property with super responsive host!

Loved the location near golf, shopping, etc. the property was very comfortable and thought of everything- all we did is buy groceries and relax. Jeremy (the host) was both super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again and I highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to book this clean, beautiful, one-story Legacy Villas! Booking, check-in and communication with the owner was easy and exceptional. We have stayed in the Legacy Luxury Villas property several times and love it. However, it was unanimously decided that this home was the favorite of all by everyone. We loved everything about this home. It accommodated our family perfectly, the kitchen had everything we needed, excellent communication with Jeremy and the location (especially the mountain facing the patio), was exactly what my husband has been pining for since we discovered the Villas. We are looking for an excuse to return sooner, rather than later.

Perfection

We've rented countless VRBO homes, and this one stands out! Where do I start? Communication with the owner was outstanding. The home is in a perfect location of La Quinta. Convenient to have Trader Joe's right down the street. Easy walk to La Quinta Resort & Spa for happy hour. Easy bike ride to the village shops and restaurants. The development is immaculate and lovely. Five well spread-out pools, fitness, clubhouse. The unit sits toward the rear of the development offering peace and quiet, with up front beautiful views of the mountains. The floor plan is perfect. Two masters' at either end, and fabulous kids room. Fantastic laundry room with everything provided. The unit is very nicely furnished and good taste decor. The kitchen is outstanding! They have provided everything you could want/need, plus it's all nice! Very helpful to have spices provided, coffee & creamer, tea, etc. Excellent! Plus, in the bathrooms there are thoughtful & convenient sized of toothpaste, Tylenol, sunscreen, etc. These owners care and it shows throughout. We just found our new place in the desert! We definitely give this a 10 !
