Welcome to this quaint cottage in Baiting Hollow. This charming property features a cozy bedroom, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With heating and AC, guests can relax in comfort no matter the season. Listen to the sound of waves on the beach. The north shore is filled with wineries and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets and an unobstructed view from the deck.
Webber grill and a gas fire pit are available .The soothing atmosphere of this beautiful cottage is sure to make your stay unforgettable. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage. This property is available monthly only. Private beach with nice staircase in the community. Private parking space is available for one car. A second car can be parked at the clubhouse which is a five minute walk from the cottage. The wineries are a short drive from our cottage. Greenport is about a 30-40 minute drive. Riverhead town is a fifteen drive and features outlet shopping, a nice riverfront district with restaurants, and additional shops. There are numerous farm stands, horseback riding, Golf Courses, Splash Splash Water Park, & Local Aquarium in addition to all of the local Wineries.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quite unique. This is a beachfront community. There is a staircase off the community down to the beach. Our cottage is nestled on the bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound! You can actually hear the water wash ashore down below our home!
What makes this property unique
The view is spectacular and it is very quiet and peaceful. You can see Connecticut on the other side of the Sound and have full unobstructed views of the Sound! Its AMAZING!!
