Appartement irréprochable

Tout dans cet appartement est pensé pour faciliter notre séjour , surtout dans l’aménagement et la logistique : literie confortable,lampe et table de chevet, salle de bains avec excellent sèche- serviette chauffant, éclairage devant le miroir, etc…. Jolie vaisselle, produits d’entretien à disposition, appareils électroménagers performants. Situation exceptionnelle, en centre-ville mais à l’écart des lieux trop animés. Et un accueil chaleureux et disponible de la part d’Olga. Puisqu’il faut être totalement objective, je dirai que le compresseur de climatisation installé sur la terrasse s’entend de la chambre à coucher, problème que nous avons résolu en arrêtant la climatisation, et en ajoutant une petite couette supplémentaire. Nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir car nous sommes un couple exigeant et aimons le confort et la tranquillité. Merci aussi au propriétaire qui s’est montré attentif à notre bien-être.

Bel appartement, propre, idéalement situé

Appartement propre et très bien situé : plage, commerces, port, restaurants, tout a moins de 5 minutes. Par contre, cet appartement n'a pas d'emplacement de parking dans la résidence, et se garer par ici est difficile et/ou cher. Donc très bien mais manque un parking (aout 2020)

What we got is what we expected and even better. A little problem with finding the place and parking (if you have a car). The appt. was perfect for the 2 of us. Near everything, and finding everything you need. I am a French born from Nice, now residing in the U.S. That went very well with us. If we decide South of France we will contact Woody again... Tres agreable

L'apartement est bien situe: plages, port etc. peuvent être rejoints a pied et le vieil Antibes offre magasins et restaurants pittoresques. La clim est très efficace, la residence calme, l'équipe d'accueil/menage très avenante et comprehensive. Cuisine bien equipee avec excellent frigo et cuisinière. Sel/poivre/huile etc. laisses a disposition - bien pratique, ainsi que la machine a laver. Le parking souterrain a quelques centaines de metres coute €61 la semaine. Ayant utilise l'appartement avec 2 ados, la table basse montrée sur la photo encombre un peu pour deplier le canapé en position nuit. Linge, serviettes de toilettes et de plage fournis - un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

I'm a Lebanese-French National, I lived in Paris France for 32 years, I Finally moved back to Lebanon to take care of my old parents. Later I will be living half the year in Lebanon and the other half in Antibes, France.

Why they chose this property

I passed through Old Antibes at age of 19, I fell in love with this Old town. Since then I always wanted to own an apartment in the Old Antibes. Finally at 60 years old, I managed to realise my dream and bought this cozy apartment , I renovated it and I go there everytime I have an opportunity to spend a few days.
So when i'm away I short rent my place so others can discover and maybe fall in love with this charming oceanfront old town.
