The main floor has 2 bedrooms. 1 with a queen size bed. 1 bunk bed, with a full size and twin size arrangement. Perfect for kids. The living room features a river rock gas fireplace. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This home has cable TV, WiFi. Paved all the way to the house. Close proximity to historic Murphy, new casino, and all the outdoor activities in the Murphy area, including whitewater rafting, world class motorcycling. hiking, hunting and fishing in the great outdoors.

There is a welcome book on the coffee table with instructions for the gas fireplace, WiFi, and TV. It also includes check out instructions.
Please do not make up beds that have been used. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to 80 degrees during the spring and summer. During the fall and winter, please set to 60 degrees.
If able, please take your trash to the convenience center. Note the operating hours on the refrigerator. If departing on a Sunday, please place it in the blue trash can on the lower porch.
